Warm milk 250ml
Salted oil. unrefined 2st. l
Iodized salt 1h l
White sugar 2st. l
Pumpkin 150gr
Peeled pumpkin seeds 20-30gr
Dry yeast 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Load the ingredients into the bucket of the bread machine in the following sequence: warm milk, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pumpkin, flour, make a hole with a spoon on a hill of flour and add yeast.
  • Peel the raw pumpkin, weigh and rub on a fine grater.
  • Add pumpkin seeds at the signal of the bread machine during the second batch.

I did not find such a recipe on the forum, I decided to share the recipe I liked with you !!!

The bread turned out to be tall, lush and very tasty. In this recipe for pumpkin it seemed to me a little and the next time, when I baked bread with a high content of pumpkin (300g), the whole recipe was redone for a bun and the top of the head turned out to be ugly: either cracked, or vice versa, sagging, so I stopped at this option.
Bread maker Supra 350, French mode, medium crust, weight up to 1kg.
