Meatballs in sour cream sauce in a slow cooker Laretti LR7130

Ingredients

Chicken breast 0.5KG
Buckwheat (boiled) 2 multi-glasses
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
Bell pepper 1 PC
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Dried butter
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt
Seasoning for minced meat

Cooking method

  • Cook buckwheat as a side dish, in a ratio of 1 part cereal to 2 parts water. Leave to cool.
  • Pass the chicken breast through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor.
  • Combine the minced meat with two multi-cups of buckwheat porridge, salt, sprinkle with seasoning, add eggs, mix well.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the Frying program, let the oil warm up. Form meatballs from the minced meat, fry them in heated oil until golden brown.
  • Peel the vegetables, cut the onion into half rings, pepper into strips, grate the carrots.
  • Prepare the sauce: grind dried butter oil (1-2 pinches) in a mortar, pour into sour cream, add boiled water (approximately 150-200 ml), stir.
  • Put half of the vegetables on the bottom of the bowl, put all the meatballs on top, on them - the remaining vegetables. Pour the sauce, turn on the Stew program, cook for 30 minutes, after which the multicooker can be turned off, our dish is ready.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

It is better to fry meatballs in a Teflon bowl, and simmer in a "native" ceramic one. I roasted in a Teflon bowl from Marusya, put the meatballs in a ceramic bowl, then all I had to do was swap the saucepans and turn on Stewing.

Elena, I myself cooked meatballs with buckwheat for the first time. I wanted some new taste, then I remembered that I saw meatballs and cutlets with different "fillings" on the Internet, I tried it - it turned out to be good, my son also liked the new dish.

Good evening to you, namesake) Very interesting recipe, I'm going to try it out in the near future, just tell me buckwheat in grams ... how much is a multi-glass ???
Lud-Mil @
Nikush, good evening . A standard multi-glass is usually 160 ml. I cooked 2 such glasses of cereal with the expectation that there was left and just the porridge to eat, from this ready buckwheat I measured 2 m / glass into the minced meat. If you cook specifically for meatballs, then probably 1 m / glass of dry cereal will be enough, but I can't say for sure.

Thank you! I have a nickname here Nikush, but in my life Dear, Lyudmila is called) Therefore, I called you the namesake) Thanks again!

Yes, Mila, I realized . Very nice, let's get to know each other.

Lud-Mil @, and buckwheat in the finished meatballs is felt? I'm afraid my daughter might suspect
Lud-Mil @
Elena, I don't even know what to say so as not to let you down. Buckwheat is felt, but not as an obvious taste of buckwheat porridge, but rather as an unusual taste of meatballs, at first it is not even clear what it is. But if your daughter doesn't like buckwheat, then maybe it's not worth the risk? Or try a little, half a portion?

The husband will come from a business trip, I will do (what would be someone to feed, if that)

Never made meatballs with anything other than rice ...Lud-Mil @, thanks for the idea, we will try!

Elena, this is the right decision! It seems to me that men will like this dish, in any case my (adult) son ate his portion with appetite and asked for more additives.
Lily, thanks, but the idea is not mine, I spied on it myself, my only execution.

The meatballs are delicious. And the sauce is not just tasty, but amazingly tasty! I didn't have any dried butter. Therefore, I added chopped champignons to the vegetable pillow. And "on my own" a ring of hot pepper. Poured cream. Stewed in the oven in a pot. The meatballs are soft, and the smell of mushrooms in the cream is simply stunning! Thank you!

Irina, in the oven, the baked meatballs are probably even tastier than in the cartoon, turned out.
And mushrooms, I think, will be good in any sauce, just then we had a lot of butter, I read that cooks use them in dried form in sauces to add flavor, so I decided to try it.
Thank you for your feedback, I am very glad that the recipe was useful and you liked it.
