Beans with meat in a slow cooker Cucoo

Ingredients

Red beans 3 dimensional st.
Onion 1 head
Carrot 1 PC.
Meat (tenderloin) 300 g
Tomato paste or ketchup 2-4 st. l.
Salt and pepper taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Soak beans in cold water and leave overnight.
  • 2. Cut the pork into small pieces, cut the onion and carrots into cubes.
  • 3. Put the meat in the pressure cooker bowl, add the onions and carrots, select “Browning” or “Oven”, third level, time 1 minute, fry with the lid open, the handle in the “closed” position.
  • 4. At the end of frying, add the beans to the meat, prolong the water 1 measuring cup (if the beans were not soaked, then 2-2, 5 cups), close the lid, select the mode in the menu "Multipovar", 120 degrees, time 15-25 minutes, press the start button. (Cooking time depends on the type of beans, white beans are cooked longer "Multipovar" 120 degrees, time 30-35 minutes and on "Heating" about an hour)
  • 5. At the end of cooking "Warm up" for 5-10 minutes.
  • 6. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs before serving.
