Waffles Mom's Favorite Recipe

Ingredients

margarine 250 grams
sugar 1 glass
eggs 2 pieces
flour 2 glasses
sour cream 65 grams
soda 1/2 tea l
vinegar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Margarine or plum. Melt butter, add sugar sugar, sour cream, stir, eggs, soda extinguish with vinegar, flour and mix well with a spoon.
  • The recipe was for a waffle iron that baked cookies on gas. Over medium heat for 1 min. On the second day, these cookies were so hard and delicious.
  • Now I will not dare to bake on gas for any price :-), but I have two waffle irons! electric! 20 years ago I never dreamed of it, so I silently baked on gas, fat dripped onto the stove, eh ... but how delicious it was! and the stove could have been washed immediately :-) And now they are spoiled with non-stick gadgets, so we have green light!

I wanted to add my observation - I once again baked these tasty waffles - for which Tanya another THANKS - and did not put the starch, I forgot (there is no starch in the recipe, but the girls wrote that it is better to put it for a crispy crust. So I put 1 tbsp. spoon) - and so the waffles had a crispy crust only immediately after baking, and after lying down they became like cookies - delicious, but not crispy. Maybe someone will be useful.
