  • Pour water into the pot of the pressure cooker up to the 8 mark. Close the lid and leave the valve open. Turn on Warm-up program, pressure - 3.
  • While the water in the pot is heating, peel the potatoes, carrots, and onions. Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.

Note

I used mushroom powder in the recipe. These are dried and shredded stems of forest mushrooms. I wrote about the preparation of such a powder here:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=178303.0
You can replace it with a mushroom cube.

It is advisable to lightly fry carrots and onions before cooking.

Irina, Thank you!
The aroma is really amazing. Everything followed and it turned out amazingly tasty. Even better than the multicooker option.

It’s a pity I don’t have forestry ..... but I wanted to.

Irina, and dry?

no. on sale expensive. but we don't get to the forest ourselves. Once my mother brought it, but now it's hard for her. besides, this year they say it was impossible to collect. and I love salads with dry mushrooms.
Shelena
Sorry. You have, indeed, the shops that are terribly expensive ...
Then there is an option: cook from the mushrooms and add a mushroom cube for taste. Poverty soup will work.

And I really wanted to call my own and warn against DANGER!
Ira, It seems to me that every year in Belarus there are new horror stories about mushrooms.
