Cauliflower 750 g
Frozen minced meat 200 g
Cheese 80 g
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.
Fine salt 1/4 + 3/4 tsp
Seasoning for minced meat 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Water 50-75 ml

Cooking method

  • This dish is prepared very quickly and easily.
  • I often use homemade minced meat for various dishes. As a rule, we make a lot of it at once from pork, chicken and beef. Freeze in layers up to 2 cm thick. In this form, it is more convenient to defrost and cut minced meat.
  • Recently, I often do not even defrost the minced meat, but immediately put it into cooking. It does not break down in cooked dishes. The feeling is that you are eating pieces of soft meat.
  • I offer you one of the fastest, but very tasty and satisfying dishes with frozen minced meat.
  • Cooking.
  • 1. Let the frozen minced meat sit for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

  • Then cut it into cubes about 2x2 cm. Sprinkle with minced meat seasoning.

  • 2. Turn on "Frying" mode, pressure - 3. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated saucepan and fry the minced meat cubes on all sides until golden brown. At the very end, salt (1/4 tsp). Disable the program. Remove a part of the minced meat (about 2/3) from the pan.
  • 3. Disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences. (The value can be judged by the photo, where a teaspoon is given for comparison.)

  • 4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add the remaining salt to the mayonnaise (3/4 teaspoon)
  • 5. Toss the cabbage and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Place about 1/3 in the saucepan of the minced meat.

  • 6. Add the cheese to the rest of the cabbage (set aside for the top) and mix well.

  • 8. Cook on the "Manual" program 3 minutes at a pressure - 2. After the signal, release the pressure forcibly.

  • 9. Arrange the finished dish on plates, sprinkle with dill on top.

It's easy for me to salt it later - for a pound of minced meat, 1 teaspoon of salt without a slide. But I didn't think of cutting frozen into cubes without you. Because I never used it in this form - always either cutlets, or some other mixtures based on minced meat. But you can really just use cubes. For another good idea I will go to the plus!

I also tried it with thawed minced meat (only fried it before adding it). It tastes good to me. But with slices of frozen minced meat "sounds" differently. It's like eating meat, very, very soft. Try it on occasion.
