Bread with cheese, dill and bran

Ingredients

Flour 1 grade 425gr
Potato broth 310ml
Cheese 78gr
Sugar 1.5 st. l.
Salt NO
Yeast 1.5h l.
Dried dill 1.5 st. l.
Rye bran 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Cheese rubbed on a fine grater, turned out in the form of thin shavings.
  • I loaded it into a bucket in the following sequence: warm potato broth, cheese, sugar, dill, rye bran, flour, yeast on top.
  • I didn't add salt, as the potato broth turned out to be salty. This is the first time I bake bread with this broth, I really liked this version of the liquid. The dough rises beautifully, the bread turns out to be tall, airy, soft and incredibly tasty.
  • The roof creased a little when I jumped out of the bucket:
  • Bread with cheese, dill and bran
  • French mode, light crust, weight up to 1 kg.

The dish is designed for

740gr

Time for preparing:

3.40

Cooking program:

French regime

Note

I found the recipe for cheese bread with dill from Tatiana (Admin), but I had to recount the ingredients a little for my bread maker (Supra 350). I also wanted to add rye bran and, as Tatyana says, a new recipe turned out. Therefore, I took it out separately, maybe these proportions will be useful to someone.
My husband and I really liked the bread, one of our favorites, we will bake such bread often, I think.

A neat bread turned out! I am waiting for other bread options on potatoes, on broth, on mashed potatoes, on potatoes in their uniforms, and so on ...
