Mulled wine non-alcoholic (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Juice (apple, grape) or tea 1L
Zest of 1 \ 2 orange
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Small apple 1 PC.
Raisins 2st. l.
Cinnamon 1 stick
Carnation 3 pcs.
Allspice 3 pcs.
Cardamom 5 boxes
Ginger 3cm.

Cooking method

  • For non-alcoholic mulled wine, grape (apple juice) or tea is traditionally used. Each of these products will have its own taste and healthiness. Initially, I planned to make grape juice myself and make mulled wine based on it. But on the way for the grapes there was a force majeure (the child fell into a fifth puddle, and had to return home). There were no apples in the house either, so tea remained.
  • To prepare it, pour water into a blender, boil, lower the tea strainer, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes. Remove the tea leaves. If you are using juice. Then skip this item.
  • Open the capsules from the cardamom and remove the seeds. Peel and cut the ginger and apple. Put all the ingredients in a strainer, place it in the bowl so that it is completely covered with water. Top up with water if necessary. Close the lid.

  • Enable medium heat, default time is 25 minutes. At the end of the program, remove the strainer, pour the drink, add honey if necessary and serve immediately.
  • Well, what can I say about the taste. Opinions were divided. Some said - fuuuu, it smells like medicine. And I didn’t just like it, but very much .. I just blissed out the taste !!! Next time I'll try to make it with juice.
