Ingredients

Vegetable broth 300 ml
Milk 180 ml
Cream 10% 120 ml
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Butter 20 gr.
Salt and pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
  • Turn the multicooker to the Brazing mode for 50 minutes.
