Ingredients

Pork ribs 600 gr.
Chilli 1 PC.
Ground red hot pepper taste
Sweet paprika (ground) pinch
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Tomato paste or tomato sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Potatoes 6-8 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Red beans 100 g
Salt taste
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Preparatory stage:
  • 1. On the eve, in the evening, for example, marinate the ribs. To do this, remove excess fat from them and cut into ribs.
  • Combine tomato paste (or sauce) with grated onions (can be chopped in a blender bowl), paprika, red hot peppers, and chopped chili (use 1/2 pod).
  • Combine ribs and marinade, cover and marinate for 12-24 hours.
  • 2. Soak red beans in advance for several hours. Then drain the water, pour clean water and boil the beans until tender. (If you are too lazy to cook beans, then it can be replaced with canned beans).
  • 3. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into large pieces.

  • The main stage:
  • 1. Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the Fry 2 - Fish mode for 15 minutes, heat it for a minute. Lay out the ribs with the marinade. Fry, altering a couple of times, until the end of the regime.
  • 2. Add potatoes and carrots to the ribs. Salt to taste. Pour 1 multi-glass of water (hot! The bowl is hot!). Set the Extinguishing mode for 1 hour.
  • 3. After 40 minutes, add boiled beans and finely chopped chili peppers to the stew (1/2 the rest - you can skip it, the dish is already quite spicy).

  • Serve the finished stew on a dish and serve for dinner, for example.

Lily, thank you very much for noticing. It was auto-substitution of carrots for milk. Apparently when "mo" typed and poked in the wrong line of the list. I went to fix it.

Made this stew on the weekend. The ribs were marinated in advance for 1.5 days. And to the pickled pork in a day I added a little beef, it turned out an edge mix. I cooked in a large skillet on the stove. Well, it was lazy to cook the beans, I took the ready-made from the can ... But in the end it turned out to be a very tasty stew!
