Date cake with chocolate

Ingredients

dates 180 g. (~ 20-25 pieces)
butter (softened) 200 gr.
sugar 0.5 cups
eggs 2 pcs.
chocolate (grate) 100 g
soda 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
salt pinch
flour 1.5 cups
Fill:
cream (what is) 200 ml
sugar 1 teaspoon
cocoa 2 teaspoons
vanilla

Cooking method

  • Remove the bones from the dates, chop finely and pour boiling water over everything so that everything is covered with water. Add soda.
  • When cool add butter, sugar, eggs and chocolate. Mix.
  • Add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Stir quickly.
  • Pour into a saucepan.
  • \ "Baking \" 65 + 20 minutes.
  • Mix the cream with sugar and cocoa, add vanilla (I put half a pod, then took it out).
  • Warm up in a microwave for 30 seconds, stir for another 30 seconds.
  • Pour hot pouring evenly over the top of the cake as soon as it is baked.
  • Cool, in a saucepan, remove the cake on a plate.
