Sugar 50 g

Cooking method

  • For a chatterbox, heat the water with sugar to 37C, add flour and yeast. Beat until smooth. Cover and leave for 20 minutes.
  • For the dough, add all the ingredients to the mash. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed. Then knead until smooth on high speed for 7 minutes.
  • Fold the dough in an envelope, grease with oil on all sides, put in a container, cover and leave for 30 minutes at 30C. Then knead the dough, fold again, return to the container and leave for another 60 minutes.
  • Then knead the dough, divide into 12 pieces of 63 g each, shape into a ball, lay with the seam down, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • At this time, prepare the filling. Beat butter with sugar and coconut. Form 12 oblong "sausages" from the mass.
  • Then form a bar from each piece of dough. To do this, put the ball on the mat with the seam up. Knead into a rectangle with your hands. Put the coconut sausage on top. Pinch the edges, then fold two opposite corners to the center. Turn the bar over, press it with your palm, put on a baking sheet:
