Rice with sour cream (multicooker-pressure cooker Steba DD1)

Ingredients

Rice (I have Indica Gold) 1m. Art.
Sour cream 20% 150 g
Boiling water 1m. Art.
Garlic 1 tooth
Bulb onion (large) 1 PC.
Frying oil 2st. l.
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over it, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
  • At this time, finely chop or grate the onion. Use a Teflon bowl. Start Frying (default time 15min) with the lid open, add frying oil after the signal.
  • Fry the onions until soft for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the rice from the rice, add the rice to the bowl to the onion, fry for 1-2 minutes. Disable the program.
  • Add sour cream, garlic passed through a press, mix. DO NOT DRAIN !!!
  • Pour in 1m. Art. boiling water. Porridge mode 0.7 10 minutes. After the signal, turn off the heating and leave for 10 minutes. Then bleed off steam.
  • Stir the rice, salt to taste, serve. I served with fried fish !!!! Well, sooo delicious! Even the child ate.
