Bread with red and black currants in a bread maker

Ingredients

Flour 1 grade 435gr + 1st. l.
Warm milk 150ml
Butter 50gr
Salt 1h l.
Sugar 30g + 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs
Yeast 1h l.
Red currants 40gr
Black currant 40gr

Cooking method

  • I loaded the bread maker with warm milk, eggs, salt, sugar, frozen currants, butter in pieces, flour, yeast.
  • Enabled the Sweet mode, the Supra 350 bread machine. This mode is 2.50 in time. Light crust, weight up to 1kg.
  • The dough was very soft and even watery, it clung to the sides of the bucket, and my hand reached out to add flour (which I did during the entire first batch). After proving, it still seemed to me that the dough was not of sufficient consistency and could hardly restrain itself so as not to add flour yet ... and I did the right thing. The dough was a cool purple color.

Note

I was planning to bake sweet bread with berries. I found red and black frozen currants in the freezer, I decided to use what I have. And since I'm new to sweet breads, I put in a little sugar. The bread has a berry aroma, with a light currant flavor, but not sweet. Ideal for breakfast or just tea with cheese or jam.
I liked this version of the bread, the currants still remain, I will still bake this. Next time I'll try adding more sugar or honey.
