Spicy chicken with prunes in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M4502

Ingredients

a hen 1 PC
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
zira 1 tsp
honey 1 tsp
lecho (can be adjika, ketchup) 2 tbsp
garlic 5-7 teeth
salt pepper taste
water 1/4 st
vegetable oil for frying
prunes (can raisins) 1/2 cup or 8 pieces

Cooking method

  • Do not cut the chicken and push the prunes into the middle.
  • Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker bowl and put finely chopped garlic.
  • Put chicken on top of the garlic.
  • Brown on baking mode for 40 minutes (20 on both sides).
  • While the chicken is browning, combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • At the end of the "Baking" mode, pour the spice mixture into the multicooker. Set the extinguishing mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. If the chicken is very large, the braising time can be increased.
  • The chicken turns out to be tender and spicy.
