Ingredients

potatoes 400 gr.
zucchini 200 gr.
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC
a tomato 1-2 pcs.
hard cheese 50-100 gr.
egg 2 pcs.
salt and pepper taste
flour 3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil to grease the bowl
mayonnaise for greasing the casserole
cabbage 100-150 gr.
garlic 2-3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Prepare vegetables.
  • Grate potatoes, zucchini, carrots and cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Dice the onion and tomato.
  • Chop the cabbage and wash.
  • Rub the garlic.
  • Mix all vegetables, add cheese, egg, salt, pepper. Mix. Then add flour in portions. You may need less of it, depending on the amount of liquid in the vegetables. You can pre-squeeze vegetables.

  • Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and transfer the vegetable mass into it. Grease with mayonnaise on top (optional).

Note

This casserole is from the fridge. I had this set of vegetables. You can make from whatever vegetables you have. Fried mushrooms, bell peppers, eggplants, etc. will do.
In Floris, if you cook a casserole in your own bowl, be sure to lay a circle of baking paper, otherwise it will stick and you will not get it out of there. Or use a spare bowl, if available.
