Ingredients

Hard curd 600-700 gr.

Cooking method

  • Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve; for lovers of grains in cottage cheese, a sieve is not needed.
  • I mixed everything in the combine at the lowest speed, without stopping to add in turn:
  • cottage cheese + sugar + 1 egg + 1 egg + 1 egg +1 egg + sour cream + vanilla sugar and starch.
  • Do not beat the dough! Mix only at the lowest speed.
