Carrot 1 PC
Bulb onions 1 PC
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the carrots into cubes, the onion into half rings. Potatoes in 4 pieces.
  • We set the roasting program for 20 minutes
  • Cut the meat into large pieces, fry the meat in a Teflon bowl on all sides, just to fry it - spread it out.
  • Fry the onions, add carrots on top, spread the chopped potatoes and meat on top, pour water 1/3 of the products, salt with pepper to taste and cover.
  • The valve is closed, the program "meat" pressure 0.7 time 20 minutes.

Slightly "finalized" the recipe (by the way, thanks for such a simple and satisfying way of preparing delicious food).
Pork (I took lean without fat) pre-marinated: 0.5 (teaspoon) hops-suneli, 0.5 utskho-suneli, 0.5 coriander (ground), 0.5 black pepper (ground), 0.5 wine vinegar , a tablespoon of refined sunflower oil, and half a head of a large onion. I put it away in the cold for two hours.
Then the "Roasting" mode for 20 minutes.
After the signal, fry the carrots until soft, followed by a little onion. After five minutes, put the marinade in a bowl and fry for at least 10-15 minutes. Stir from time to time and add the rest of the onion a minute before the end of frying and mix thoroughly several times. Turn off (if it has not turned off itself) "Roasting".
We spread the potatoes on top tightly (I got it above the control line), salt (in no case salt the meat during the preparation of the marinade) to taste. Optionally, you can add a little (pinch-friend) red hot pepper, coarsely ground in a mortar.
Pour in water (with broth - it means pouring more and vice versa).
"Meat" mode 20 minutes 0.7.
After releasing the pressure, leave it on heating for half an hour, then open it and hold on to the chair so that the smell does not fall.
We spread the portions on plates, the presence of greens is welcomed, you can (and should) season tkemali (who does not like spicy, so satsebeli will also do).
The final stage - a glass of cool red dry Georgian wine will be in place!
There is also the option of pre-frying the potatoes before adding to the marinade. Well, taste and color as they say.
