Wheat-rye with "Zira" for Panasonic SD-2502

Ingredients
Rye flour 150 gr.
First grade flour 350 gr.
Rye malt 2 tbsp spoons
Boiling water for malt 100 ml.
Honey 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp. spoons
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Zira 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Water 230 ml.

Cooking method

1) In a baking dish, put rye and white flour, mix gently with a wooden spatula
2) Put 2 tablespoons of malt in a glass, pour 100 ml. boiling water, stir with a spoon
3) In a baking dish with flour, make a depression in the center, put 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon of coriander and 1 teaspoon of cumin.
4) Put 1.5 tablespoons of honey in a glass with boiling water and malt, stir the honey thoroughly. Cool, pour into a baking dish, add 230 ml. water
In the Panasonic SD-2502 bread maker, select program 1 - standard bread, roll size L

Thank you very much, I liked it very much (moreover, the whole family, usually, I eat rye products alone), although I mixed up the program and baked it on rye, and the result differs from the author's by very fried sides, I had a little more honey (2st. l.) and flour 300/200 + panifarin 2 tsp, and instead of water I disposed of the remnants of liquid kvass, I will definitely repeat.
