Ingredients

Tilapia 600gr
bulb onions 1 PC.
a tomato 1 PC.
mayonnaise
any cheese 100gr.
Egg 2 pcs.
vegetable oil for frying
salt, pepper, fish spices, a little basil

Cooking method

  • Salt and pepper the tilapia fillet, add spices for the fish, mix well and let it stand for 20 minutes, you can add a little lemon juice. In a separate container, beat the eggs, add basil, onion and tomato as desired, cut into thin half rings, grate the cheese on a fine grater (I grated on a medium one). Turn on the frying program, after the signal, pour a little oil, lay the fish tightly, pour the eggs, put onions on top, tomatoes on the onions, make a thin mayonnaise grate on top, sprinkle with cheese and again on a thin mayonnaise grate. Forcibly turn off the frying function, turn on Porridge for 45 minutes, mode 03, after a signal of 5-7 minutes, you can open the lid! Bon Appetit!
