Ingredients

Water 270 ml
Honey 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 150 g
Whole grain wheat flour 280 g
Dry yeast 6 g
Sesame 35 g

Cooking method

  • Unsweetened buns cook very quickly (for whole grain flour dough) and are eaten just as quickly!
  • 1. I put all the ingredients (except sesame seeds) in the bread maker in the order shown and put them on the "Dough" setting. In my case, this is 1.5 hours - kneading and approach.
  • 2. Knead the finished dough again, cut it into 9 parts, put it on a baking sheet, spread and greased in the form of buns, sprinkle with sesame seeds, pressing it a little to the top, and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
  • 3. Baked in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 1600C, then another 10 min at 1800FROM.
  • Delicious buns - fluffy thanks to wheat flour, with a pleasant whole grain dominant flavor.

And really fast - 2.5 hours - and take away the cooked one. The only thing, I didn't have enough c / z flour (it was 250 g), I added 15 g of 4 cereal flakes and a bit of wheat flour. As for honey - scooped 1 tbsp. spoon - it turned out to be 35 g, and stopped there, did not add. For the sweetness it suited me. Yes, and she also played pranks - she poured 30 grams of seeds into the dough (utilization, so to speak, of reserves from excessive appetites). The result was very, very pleased! I will definitely repeat it! Thank you!!

And now everything is just fine, although the buns themselves on this flour are somewhat lighter. I will often bake with different variations of additives!
