Ingredients

Shank 1400gr
Grain mustard French
Adjika Armenian
Salt

Cooking method

  • My knuckle was very large, but fit into the bowl of Shteba.
  • Well wash, you can scrape the skin with a knife.
  • We pierce the knuckle in different places with a knife so that the salt and seasonings penetrate better.
  • We wipe the shank with salt well, then coat with mustard and adjika.
  • Put it in a steel bowl and splash the floor of a multi-glass of water so that the pressure cooker can build up pressure.
  • We turn on the Meat mode for 60 minutes, the pressure is 0.7. If the shank is smaller, then we decrease the time.
  • After the pressure has dropped, we take out the steel bowl and put the Teflon one.
  • We turn on the Roasting mode for 15 minutes.
  • Fry on each side for 7 minutes with the lid covered, sideways.
  • After frying, close the lid and turn on the Simmering 88 g 2.30 hours.
  • The shank turned out to be awesome! And most importantly, without any marinades!
  • Try it !!
