  • I saw beautiful focacci at my friend 🔗.. could not help but bake them))) the smell during baking was breathtaking, the dough was very pleasant to work with, a little sticky, but like real velvet, the taste is a separate conversation, now it's foccaccia - a favorite among similar breads in my house). It was the first time I made a honey dough for focaccia - well, very tasty!) I advise everyone to bake such bread).
  • Mix flour (added 420 g of flour, so the dough is more airy) with dry yeast, add salt. Put a spoonful of honey in warm water, stir well to dissolve the honey, add olive oil and pour into flour. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours.
  • Divide the dough into two or three parts (I am - 4), knead well, form cakes with a thickness of at least 1 cm, put them on a baking sheet and let them lie under a towel for another 30 minutes.
  • Finely chop the greens, peel and chop the garlic, add oil. Lubricate the surface with aromatic olive oil with garlic and herbs. Sprinkle with salt and place the tomatoes at random. We bake at 200 gr for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown) in a preheated oven.
