Note

A very simple but tasty and aromatic dish. The meat is tender.

The pickle from my home cucumbers is very vigorous with sourness, so I dilute it with water. If yours is softer, you can minimize the addition of water.

: nyam: What a tasty treat. I'll probably just do it in a frying pan. What do you have there? pickled garlic?

Irina, thanks for your attention to the recipe and kind words.
It turns out very tasty meat. In a thick frying pan with low heat, it will also work well. Only liquids will probably need to be added.
And in the photo, indeed, garlic. Only salty! From the same jar as the cucumbers.

Who would have thought meat in cucumber pickle !!! Thanks for the idea, end the post, I will definitely try. Only I have pickled cucumbers with vinegar, I think this is not so important ...

Of course it doesn't matter. There will be a slightly different flavor. Try it, the meat is aromatic and very tender.

Oh my god, how delicious. Helen, what recipe I won't take is delicious. I won't get through any doors soon. The brine is not felt, but it gives some zest. Simple and ingenious. I love that. Thank you.
