Cheesecake with chocolate icing

Ingredients

Flour 1 measuring cup
Softened butter 50 g
Sugar ½ measuring cup
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Cottage cheese 250 g
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar ½ measuring cup
Vanilla extract 1
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk ¼ banks
Chocolate 25 gr.

Cooking method

  • Add sugar, baking powder and softened butter to the flour. Grind the dough into crumbs. Divide into three equal parts. Gently mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar with vanilla, then place in a blender and beat until smooth. Divide in half. Please note that if the curd is grainy, it is better to rub it through a sieve.

  • Put the cheesecake in the multicooker bowl as follows: put one part of the crumb on the bottom, then put half of the curd mass, thus another layer of crumb. On top of the second part of the curd mass and again a layer of crumbs.

  • While the cheesecake is baking, prepare the chocolate filling. To do this, mix condensed milk and sour cream. Beat in a blender until smooth. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Cover the hot cheesecake with a mass of sour cream and condensed milk. Then, with the help of melted chocolate, make stains. Cheesecake with chocolate filling is ready. Bon Appetit!
