Chocolate cake with sweet potato multicooker Zigmund & Shtain MC-DS 42 IH

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour	100 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade	60 g
Room temperature butter	130 g
Eggs	2
Baked or steamed sweet potato pulp	200 g
bitter chocolate	120 g
Brown sugar	100 g
Ground cinnamon	1 tsp
Vanilla extract	1 tsp
Baking powder	1/4 tsp

Cooking method

1. In Steam (15 minutes), cook the sweet potato pieces. (1125)
2. Beat eggs with sugar and white vanilla extract. Add butter to these and continue to beat until smooth on medium mixer speed. (1131, 1136, 1138)
2. Mix flour with cinnamon and baking powder. Add it to the egg mass and continue stirring until smooth. (1133, 1139)
3. Chop the sweet potato pieces in a blender until puree. Add it to the dough and stir until smooth. (1130, 1143)
4. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (make sure that the boiling water does not touch the bottom of the chocolate saucepan). Also add the melted chocolate to the chocolate and stir until smooth. (1144, 1147)
5. Chop the nuts in a bender to the desired size (so that the nut pieces are felt). Add them to the dough. (1151)
6. Transfer the dough to the multicooker bowl until the 0.5 mark. Bake the cake on the Bake setting for about an hour and a half. Check readiness with a toothpick - it must remain dry.
