Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp (250 ml each) + 2 tbsp. l.
Water 200 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Ground roots:
parsley, celery,
parsnip, ginger
Turmeric
Ground seed:
cumin, coriander, dill
Chopped dry herbs:
tarragon, parsley

Cooking method

  • I kneaded the dough in Philips HD9046 bread maker
  • Pour water into a bucket of a bread machine. There is also salt, flour and all the spices. Knead the dough. My bread maker did it for 18 minutes.
  • Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)
  • Next, roll out the dough, dividing it in half (cover the second part for a while so that it does not dry out)
  • Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)
  • And then we cut into noodles. We hang to dry (about a day, depending on the thickness)
  • Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)
  • You can immediately boil it (about 2-3 minutes, if the noodles are thicker, then 5 minutes)
  • Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)

Time for preparing:

18 minutes kneading + 20 minutes cutting + 2-3 minutes cooking

Cooking program:

"Unleavened dough" in the Philips HD9046 bread maker, "Steam cooking" (or "Pasta" mode) in a multicooker

Note

Depending on the amount of spices, the pasta will be more or less spicy.

Tanyulya
Mannochka, beauty! What did you cut?
Manna
Vooot, you can immediately see that I did not watch the video with a roller knife
Tanyulya
(y) At work, the video is loading badly, now I saw that a pizza cutter! As smooth as a ruler.

I tried
nakapustina
I want it already . Manna, I apologize for the stupid question, but in the noodle cutter you will get such noodles (presented recently, not yet mastered properly)
Manna
Why not? Of course, it will work. I just do not have special devices for noodles, so I use all the helpers
nakapustina
Gala
Good noodle!

I just don't have special noodle makers

So I don't have ...

Therefore, I do not even undertake cooking noodles ...

And we can be in vain?

P.S. Mannochka, and today I have already received my marble rolling pin ...

It was with this that I rolled the dough into noodles - very convenient So, try

What, you don't like homemade pasta, or your hands don't reach by themselves?
Crochet
Lenus, and what you do not use, well, since there is something ?!

Or is it all about the constant lack of time?

And by the way, what kind of noodle cutter?

Quote: Manna
It was with her that I rolled the dough into noodles

Well, you are a quickie !!!

Where did you get yours?

Antonovka
Manna, Crochet,
Girls, I bought the machine a few years ago (I didn’t go to HP. Ru at that time) - it was inconvenient to attach it to the table as it turned out. Then, if I do, I guess the whole kitchen. And the dough does not work out every time. Well, as always, there is not enough time :))
Some kind of Chinese machine, it was bought for 800 rubles. at the Household at work.
Manna

There madam

I decided not to buy noodle cutters and others like them. We don't eat pasta every day. If you want to once or twice, then you can quickly roll out and cut with handles
Antonovka
Manna,
Yeah, that's right
Ikra
Manna, took your recipe into service! Your handles are gold, neat, I just couldn't cut it like that.
And to everyone else I will say this: if you do not have time, buy a noodle cutter. The day before yesterday I made noodles from 300 g of flour in 12 minutes with its help (I specially marked it, because my husband suddenly began to lament that I had started to mess around at eleven o'clock in the morning).
And if you have a noodle cutter and you don’t use it, it means that you just don’t like noodles.

Antonovka, but why is it inconvenient to fasten? Is the table ledge small? I solved this problem simply - my husband sawed off the "wings" of the levers on the screw and everything began to turn perfectly. And about the fact that the dough does not work, I do not even know how to say ... You yourself took me to Professor Kovalev to study, study and study! What can fail after that master class?
Antonovka
Ikra,
Ira, we are 2 opposites))) Maybe I can buy another noodle cutter
Ikra
Antonovka, pichi roll! Handles, handles!
By the way, that's an idea! Make spicy mannins with pichami!

Oh, well, golden words!
I'm nowhere without my noodle cutter. I always make a lot of different noodles, I dry and freeze a little. Very convenient.
Mannochka, I also adopted your noodle. I will do it next time. We adore noodles, let alone spicy ... God himself ordered them to be made!
Manna
Girls, thank you very much for your attention to the recipe, for the kind words Very nice

You eat, eat, suddenly you like it

You won't believe it, looking at this photo - I thought how they look like pici

Homemade noodles Spicy (no eggs)

And it is inconveniently attached to me because the table is round, she crawls back and forth
Manna
Believe it or not, I just dashed off a part (very small, already the last ones)
Ikra
Antonovka, then you still need an electric noodle cutter. They let me know in secret that my son would give me an electric machine on the DR, which not only kneads the dough itself, cuts the noodles, but also spits small pasta. If the design is successful, I'll tell you.
Manna, I'm sorry, I flooded a little. But it's still about noodles!
And pichi to roll for me is also a meditative activity, when I have time - I ride. Nice, and the sauce sticks on them better.
Scops owl
Mannochka, I'll try your noodles. We'll finish this one. And what's on top, what's there? Cheese sauce? Appetizing
Antonovka Len, I also have a round table, I just put my Atlasik without fixing it, it does not crawl, it stands firmly. How glad I am that I got the dough rolling machine. And it became so fast to make gulmants and dumplings and dumplings. She really waited a long time, but it was worth it.

Oh, well, where are you flooding? We are all about noodles, but about meditative pici and how all this is the best and more convenient to cook

Scops owl, Thank you
Elena Tim
Gospadya, and sho is "pichi"
Manna
Twisted pasta, round cut

Thank you! I'll go scour the tyrnet how they are doing. And then everyone has, but I do not!

Flax, a type of drawn noodles for lagman or kuksi.
You definitely know how to do it, I'm sure!

Flax, a type of drawn noodles for lagman or kuksi.
Oh, there it is! Well, right, lagman is. Only I do not make it myself, nor do I make noodles myself. And if she could also venture on lagman, then on kuksi ... oh know! She's thin, horror.
In general, while I didn't have a typewriter, I bought a linguine for the lagman - that's it! And now I calmly make them on a typewriter, by the way, it looks more like the original than the purchased ones. But on kuksi - only cappellini! I don't even try to do it myself, it won't work out so subtle anyway, but I want it to be really. And a lot of messing around. You will be worn out with the "kuksy" itself, while you cook all these "chums" and "muri" ... and if you also make noodles ...
Damn, go chtol kuksi stir up, teased ... I also have a cappellini ...
Gala
Quote: Elena Tim

.... lagman ...... no cuckoo noodles ...... linguine - that's it! ...... But on Kuksi - only cappellini! .... while all these "chumi" and "muri"

Len, what language are you speaking now?
Elena Tim
In Uzbek-Korean-Italian! U-ha-ha! Until you asked, I didn't even notice. The words are familiar. Well I lived in Tashkent, so to speak, in the Korean region. Therefore, for me these are not "foreign" words, but RUSSIAN!
Tanyulya
Oh, I would have eaten the same kuksi now without meat.
Gala
Otherwise, I'm completely confused in these noodles
And what is kuksi?
Elena Tim
Lan, I'll show you. Unless, of course, there is no similar recipe here.
Well, that's it, Wait Manna piles on our necks, how to give a drink! Mannochka,
Manna
Well, can you really hit the neck? And whatever one may say, but still everything on the topic ... about pasta
Tanyulya

And what is kuksi?
It tastes good.
Korean thick type of noodle soup with vegetables and spices. I only ate the meatless options in seaweed broth, with and without eggs and vegetables, but it's sooo delicious.

Elena Tim
Shcha, I'll joke about refrigerators and cabinets. If everything is there, I'll do it right today!
The husband is already yelling out of the office: "If you need something, I'll buy it in addition!"
In popaaala!

P.S. Everything is there, my husband has already rushed off for cucumbers. I went to do it!
This is called - I wanted to read a book! Yes Jackdaw will give!
And I have such a heartwarming love story there ... Eh ...
By the way, they also eat "Almost Mannkin" noodles there ... in between, so to speak ...
(I mean, Schaub did not kick me out of the topic)
Tanyulya
Len, let's go kuksi.
Can a meatless aaaa ???
Manna
I support about meatless Lenok, and the recipe is separate, huh?
Elena Tim
Okay! And just don't put meat in a meatless one, that's all. The rest is prepared the same way. Then I'll post the recipe.

Come on, wait. Cold or hot will you do it ?? I'm already all in anticipation
Elena Tim
Only cold. I don’t do others!
Everything, galloped, see you on the air!
Gaby
Mannochka, what an interesting spicy pasta you have (I almost wrote pasta) it turned out, +1 for an interesting recipe. You are a great inventor.
