Philips HD9046. Oat bread (low in gluten)

Ingredients

Coarse oat flour 2 tbsp (250 ml each)
Wheat flour OK. 200 ml
Yogurt (homemade) 250 ml
Dry yeast (saf) 1 3/4

Sugar 1.5-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • If oatmeal is not available, it can be ground from rolled oats. So I did it

  • Pour yogurt into a bucket. Then salt, flour, sugar and yeast. Add oil while mixing.
  • I made this bread twice with a different density of a kolobok (or rather, the first time there was no kolobok as such)

  • So ... the second time the bread turned out to be denser and more crumbly. So I liked the first time with almost no kolobok.
  • So, the mode "Gluten-free bread", 750g. (do not be alarmed, in this mode the kneading does not start immediately)

  • If you need to remove the scapula, then you need to do this at the beginning of the second proofing (there will be no more kneading)
  • We wait until the bread in the bucket cools slightly and remove it

I love oat bread very much. I will definitely try, then I will report back. Thanks for the recipe!
Mannochka, and with you, as always, everything is simple and easy to do!
Manna
Check mark, I try to make it easier for beginners to learn

In general ... I generally like simple recipes ... so that they are easy to repeat (and not to forget myself)

Manna, I have a Redmond 1910. No gluten-free regimen. There is a gluten-free regime. I thought these modes were identical, but no ...
I have 2:45 - the beginning of the batch
2:35 - signal for additives
2:30 - proofing, the first and only !!!!
1:20 - baking

That is, a complete mismatch!
Do not tell me, on what other program can I bake your bread?
Nastasya78
Well, through trial and error, I adapted the recipe for Redmond 1910. For this I used a multi-baker.
Amount of ingredients per serving 1.5.
Since the original recipe uses homemade yoghurt, I am having trouble with this recipe. I do not know what consistency it is and what store-bought yogurt it can be compared to.
Therefore, the amount of liquid had to be adjusted. And I wanted more bread.
so:
long-boiled oatmeal ground in a blender - 3 glasses of 250 ml.
wheat flour - 300 ml.
activia thermostatic yoghurt - 2 jars of 170 gr. each
milk or water - 150 ml
dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
salt - 1.5 tsp.
sugar - 2.5 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 2.5 tbsp. l.

Multibaker:
1 batch - 12 minutes
1 pause - 0.03 minutes in redmond it is set, it cannot be changed
2nd batch - 0.00 minutes
2 pause - 10 minutes in redmond it is set, it is impossible to change it after 10 minutes, I press the start / stop button, turn it off and let the dough rest for another 20 minutes
3 batch - 15 minutes
Kneading and first proofing - 1 hour
The kneading and the second proofing - 0.00
Rip and third proofing - 0.00
Baking - 1 hour 20 minutes
Heating up - 30 minutes

The gingerbread man will be of irregular shape.

Bread, of course, tastes a bit peculiar, but as a healthy food it is simply invaluable!

And my husband, by the way, liked it ...

AnastasiaUnfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to answer you in a timely manner. I am glad that you were able to adapt the recipe to your stove.Thank you for sharing your experience! The bread is very beautiful! And the taste, yes, peculiar, for an amateur.
