Wheat bran flax bread

Ingredients

water 190 ml
unrefined linseed oil 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 30 g (2 tbsp. L.)
salt 7 g (1.5 tsp)
premium wheat flour 400 g
wheat bran 20 g
pressed yeast (or dry) 8 g (or 1.5 tsp)

Cooking method

  • In the manner prescribed by the instructions for your bread maker, put everything in a bucket, while sifting the flour. It is better to pour the last spoonful of oil not immediately into the dough, but already onto the bun at the end of the first batch. But it doesn't matter.
  • On my Supra BMS-350 stove I select Sandwich or French mode
  • There is little water, the bun turns out to be quite tight, so during the kneading process, you can add a spoonful of water if necessary. I am not adding.
