Fish coat salad

Ingredients

Frozen fish
Marinated mushrooms
Carrot
Onion
Mayonnaise
Ketchup

Cooking method

  • Frozen fish, (any!) Fry in pieces, dipped in flour. Cool, disassemble into pieces of boneless meat.
  • Fry the onion cut into strips, add the grated carrots (I rub like a Korean one), stew everything until tender and cool, straining the rest of the sunflower.
  • We spread in a deep plate in layers:
  • Mayonnaise, fish, carrots, ketchup, pickled mushrooms, mayonnaise.

Cut the fish into pieces.
Cover with a layer of onion rings.
Saturate with mayonnaise.
A layer of grated cheese.
A layer of coarsely grated apple.
Saturate with mayonnaise.
Up a finely chopped egg.
