BBQ Soup

Ingredients

Pork 300 g
Rice 30 g (1 tbsp. L)
Fresh tomatoes 250 g
Bulgarian pepper 50 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Dill, parsley, wild garlic, etc. as much as you like
Barbecue spices to taste (a lot!)

Cooking method

  • I cut the pork into suitable pieces and fried in a dry frying pan (you can in a multicooker bowl), pour boiling water over it, add washed rice and cook until tender. And then everything went fresh: tomato sliced into pieces, bell peppers, herbs. Only slightly boiled - I added barbecue spices, sugar, salt and green onions. The soup stood for half an hour, waiting for dinner - I think it was necessary for him to start smelling like a real kebab with the help of the infused spices.

A good recipe, do not tell me what kind of spices you use for barbecue, because I have no opportunity to buy a ready-made mixture

GinThank you for the idea: rarely, but it happened that a few pieces of kebab remained "from yesterday", so I cooked a wonderful pea soup with them ...

Vera-Nica, I buy ready-made spices in the market, usually from the same person named Victor Nikolaevich ... But I don't know the composition. Here is what I read on one of the sites: "Most often, the composition of the barbecue seasoning includes such spices and herbs, the aroma of which can be called rich and spicy. First of all, these are all types of pepper (black, red, white), dried herbs, coriander, dried onions and garlic, mustard powder, horseradish. A barbecue seasoning is not complete without basil, cloves, bay leaves, celery, marjoram and thyme. " You can also search the Internet for the composition. But I think Gin right: it's just an idea. Add your favorite spices and get a soup with a different name.
