Ingredients

Chilled salmon (tail) 3 pcs
Ground dry ginger 2 tsp
Pepper mix 1 tsp
Rose pepper 1 tsp
Salt 8 tsp
Sugar 3 tsp
One lemon juice 1 PC

Cooking method

  • There are many recipes and options for salting fish at home and they all delight us! I would like to bring to your attention one more option.
  • 1. Rinse and skin the fish, but leave the ridge.
  • 2. Put pepper in a mortar and crush.
  • 3. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and pepper and add lemon juice - mix.
  • 4. Put the fish in a container, where it will later be salted, and rub the mixture with the mixture.
  • 5. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 6. Remove the fish, rinse from salt in cold running water. Wrap in baking paper, pre-grease the fish with sunflower oil, about 1 tbsp per fish. Put in the refrigerator.

Note

when the fish lies in the fridge for a while in paper, about 2-3 days, it becomes less salty and slightly dried.
