Fish and carrot soup (multicooker SUPRA MCS-5151)

Ingredients

Fish (any, to taste) 500gr.
Carrot 6-7 medium-sized things
Bulb onions 1.5 small heads
Potato taste
Spice taste
Pearl barley taste

Cooking method

  • I somehow tried to cook soups with carrot puree out of boredom and I liked it, I am sharing a recipe for a new fish soup:
  • 1. I had soup parts of salmon (tail, head, ridge), about 400 grams. I poured a little less than three liters of water into a saucepan (I don't like the exact weight) there fish, peeled onion head; carrots, cut into 2-3 pieces; lavrushka, pepper, a little salt, seasoning (savory)

  • and put on the "fish" mode for 15 minutes. (it could have been at 20)
  • 2. After cooking, I waited 10 minutes, released steam, strained the broth, meat (if there are pieces of good) into the broth. Throw out the boiled onion. Carrots were punched with a blender with broth (for convenience) in mashed potatoes - and also in soup. Added potatoes, half an onion (finely chopped). There is also rosemary, salt, sugar a little, everything to taste, a couple of drops of lemon juice, I found a new seasoning for chicken (with cloves and cinnamon) - there is also a little. I also added 2/3 cans of mackerel in oil (for taste), a handful of pearl barley. It seems to have written everything down ..
  • I put it on the "soup" mode for 15 minutes, opened it after what it was supposed to, the aroma ... mmmm ... and beauty. And what a yummy it turned out!

  • The cover, as I wrote, is practically clean (after the whole process, yes it is always like this)

  • Bon appetit, everyone!
