Potato casserole (lean) and with cheese (Steba DD1)

Ingredients

Potatoes 500 g
Leek (white part) 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
Salt to taste
Cheese 50 g

Cooking method

  • Turn on the "Fry" mode. After the signal, pour out the vegetable oil and fry, stirring and not allowing it to burn, until soft (5 minutes) the leeks, cut into slices. Put out of the bowl.
  • Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, mix with onions, season to taste.
  • Switch on the Frying mode (Teflon bowl). After the signal, pour 1 st. l. butter, put a mixture of potatoes with onions, press with a spatula to make a dense "pancake". Close the lid and leave until the end of the program (15 minutes by default). I think that 10 minutes should be enough. Forcibly bleed off steam immediately after the signal about the end of the program.
  • Basically, the dish is ready. In the lean version, turn toasted side up on a plate and serve.
  • For a non-lean option, preheat the oven to 200C, turn it on a plate with the white side up, put the grated cheese on top and bake on the upper level for 2-3 minutes. I did just that, sprinkling 1/2 cheese.
  • Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!

When turning over, a few pieces remain in the bowl. After the signal about the end of the program, she blew off the steam forcibly, turned it over with the tanned side up, sprinkled it with cheese. I didn't cook it in the oven, the cheese melted and so on.

But although, of course, this is the conventional name "casserole", there is nothing connecting there, so it should be falling apart, in principle.
