Well, I made up my mind and acquired this miracle Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
she is called Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection

I suffered for a long time with the choice, but I hope I made the right decision. I have never been a baker and, in general, never made the dough myself, I used the purchased one.
And so my first experience in general kneading dough, and, accordingly, baking it. Having watched a video on the Internet about how the dough might look like and a little glance at this forum. I realized that I was interested in wheat-rye bread. To be honest with many, for some reason it is white.
The recipe is a combined hodgepodge, so I will bring it to perfection
Used a branded cup for a bread maker
So:Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
Wheat flour - 240 ml
Rye flour - 240 ml
(I got a little more flour when kneading, how much I won't say for sure)
Water 240 ml
Peasant oil - 28 gr (table spoon with a slide)
Sugar 1 tbsp. The spoon
Salt 1 tea. The spoon
Yeast 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon vinegar (probably citric acid was better) why I put it, I don't know ...
Egg 1 pc.
Chose a 750 g loaf, medium crust, program 1 bread (3:15)
The kneading began, during kneading I added a little flour, about half a glass turned out, I looked at the consistency of the dough)
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection

Already the proofing, very nice
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
Bake
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
While we are baking, I will show you the complete set of the bread machine, there are of course still a bunch of gadgets, because the 5G unit (cartoon, bread machine, yogurt maker, double boiler, curd maker, deep fryer) with convection function and multi-cook (the ability to program independent 45 four-stage programs) has two heating elements for multi 900 W and a bread machine 800 watts Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
Well, that's ready
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
And in the context
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
And so are the impressions of the first launch and baking.
The stove smells very strongly of plastic, I forgot to boil it with a lemon (read it), but for the first time I think it's not deadly. It does not make a lot of noise during mixing, a child slept next to it in the kitchen (did not even wake up) programming is quite simple and intuitive. When the baking was first turned on, there was a slight smell from the wiring, but this is also normal for new technology.
Impressions of the bread, since it wilted at night, then it was cooked at my place in the first hour of the night, fell asleep and after the end of baking, the stove went into the mode of maintaining the temperature, so what kind of crust actually turned out I now do not recognize, since the crust is on this mode (keeping warm) browned a little more (according to the recommendation, you need to take out the baked goods so that they do not burn) the bread was pulled out and left to rest under a towel, in the morning it was already cold, the pulp of good density, not sticky, I taste a bit lacking in salt, and slightly gives off sourness, I think a slight increase in salt will balance the taste. But for the first time I think it's even very good, in general I was morally preparing for the release, since the recipe was invented and executed by eye. Slice of bread 5 sec. Warmed up in the microwave and smeared with butter .... delicious aaaaa !!!
This is my first time who is interested, ask questions

: girl-yes: Congratulations on your purchase of an absolutely amazing spacecraft. At the same time, this miracle delights and surprises. I saw gorgeous, great power, great functions. Tell us about it as a multicooker. We will want her.
bukabuza
Congratulations on your purchase. I, too, am staring at this miracle, but in our city there is still nowhere. And where there is, then delivery at half price of the device will be released. Have you made cottage cheese or yogurt yet? and as a multicooker, how is she?
irina79
yes, every day more and more temptations. I already have this model on the multicooker. I looked at it - unfortunately I can't afford it because I already have a pressure cooker, a slow cooker and a bread maker and a yogurt maker. There are 4 subjects in total. There were no such wonderful devices before. Although I want an automatic ice cream maker.
I wish you a culinary pleasure from this model.
kaymera
Thank you girls for your interest! But yesterday was the first launch, that is, the multi mode was not tried, so not all the capabilities of this device have been used yet. As I use it, I will spread the brags
sola19
: bravo: What a delight! Today I saw her in Eldorado ... found Temka ... already there! Awesome .... want .... where to put it? Maybe a summer cottage? All appliances in one .. cottage cheese on homemade milk ... dream .. test ... please. .. I will want it for now ... gritting my teeth ...
kaymera
The girls will spread everything that I experiment in a miracle pot. So today I tested the cartoon
It was planned: stewed potatoes with chicken.
Recipe: 7 Chicken Running Pieces
1 kg of peeled potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 medium onion, salt, pepper to taste, add chicken seasoning. Vegetable oil for frying.
I cooked on standard settings and so on.
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection

First, I fried the onions on the vegetables program (program 25 minutes)
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
tired of frying, the onion just grabbed, my husband would not approve,
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
so the program was repeated, at 10 minutes (30 minutes in total) I was satisfied with the color of the onion, the carrots were added, and the carrot-onion mixture was toasted until the end of the program. A little in shock, in a frying pan I would have done everything instantly, but oh well.
Then the mixture was removed and the chicken was put in the chicken roasting program (25 minutes), the chicken roasted more fun, but I closed the lid a couple of times. So it is possible and this influenced the result. The chicken was fried, covered with the carrot and onion mixture, and medium chopped potatoes were laid out on top. Salted, pepper, poured chicken mixture, poured water about 1 cm below the top of the potatoes. I put chicken stewing on the program (30 minutes).
Raw potatoes
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection
This time, as it turned out, was not enough and I repeated the extinguishing program again. Total total time 60 minutes ....
Summing up, we have a dish that was cooked for 1 hour and 45 minutes, the program for frying vegetables, most likely, I will not use because of the low temperature, it is faster to fry meat on the program.
The chicken and potatoes turned out well boiled, the husband was pleased and this is the main thing
Here is beauty on a plate and a piece of bread that I talked about in the first post. Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection

I found the cheapest one in our city, this is through the online store of techno * forces, with a 20% promo code, from time to time they have promo codes for different goods, now there is no code, but I think they will soon be put up again.
Asya1972
Good evening, tell me what to do when using this multi for the first time
kaymera
I didn't do anything, the smell of new plastic disappeared after a few days the cartoon stood with the lid open. The smell was not reflected in the taste of food. Now there is no smell, the cartoon pleases. Today I'm trying to make yogurt
Lubashka
Perhaps today I will also become the owner of this multi-bread machine, I am waiting for delivery
mur_myau
A question about the configuration.
So there are two bowlers? One kneading, as in HP, the second for a multicooker? And the bread bucket, as I understand it, is round?
Is there just a kneading mode (no baking)?

Found a store in our city for 6680r., Is it not too expensive? How much did you buy?

And what, in the frying mode, there is very weak heating?
kaymera
We sell it at retail for 7989r., But I took it via the Internet in Technosila with a promo code of 20% and it cost me 6391.20r.
Yes, two bowlers

Is there just a kneading mode (no baking)?
Yes, there are two automatic modes of kneading dough, one for yeast dough 1:35 h. The other for dumplings (mode without proofing) 0:14 minutes
The advantage of this model is that the time of automatic programs can be changed both in plus and minus. But I didn't need it yet, the programs are quite well developed.

In the frying mode, I do not know whether the heating is weak or not, it is just that according to the program my vegetables are not fried very much, perhaps because of the open lid, since if the lid is closed with water, then the heating goes faster, I no longer tried to fry in the cartoon, I it is more convenient in a frying pan and then just stuff all the ingredients into a cartoon and leave to stew or cook, I think this is a matter of habit.
mur_myau
kaymera,
Thank you!
And also a clarification. Are the pots of the same size or slightly different (one in one inserted)?

I realized about frying, maybe the temperature is higher in deep fat mode?
kaymera
Yes, the pots are different, for a multi 5L, for a bread maker probably 2L, you can insert it, but I don't do that so as not to scratch
mur_myau
kaymera,
Thank you. In general, the thing is good, it saves space. And I also have a meat grinder from this series.
I think I also need a multicooker.
kaymera
mur_myau, but show me a meat grinder, otherwise I don’t have it, I’m chopping minced meat on a combine, I think I need a meat grinder or not
mur_myau
kaymera,
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=312707.0
There she is.
Needed if something more complicated than a pound of minced meat is needed.
You can make sausages and kupaty. And the motor does not heat up on large volumes of minced meat, like a combine.

And in my kitchen everything is selected in black and white: the "penguin" is dolce thick, aerofrey redber, meat grinder, toaster, now I also want this multicooker in black and white.

Let's talk about that topic, otherwise they will pile on us for a flood.))

Since Saturday I have been actively mastering a new multi-bread machine. Borodinsky bread from the recipe book is like from a store. Oatmeal porridge with milk did not run away, the pizza also turned out, an omelet of 4 eggs in 8 minutes on pizza mode
What did not please me was the yogurt mode only with a bread bucket, but if you do not put the stirrer, then 4 Avent cups become.

Hmm ...
Lubashka
You can try on a multi-cooker at 40 degrees
I'm not critical, because together with the multi-bread maker I got a small 3-liter DELFA DMC-301, as a spare when the main one is busy, the yogurt is ordinary there.
mur_myau
Lubashka,
Yes, they didn't think about the moment. It would be better if the "yogurt" was with an ordinary pot.
40C is not a high temperature for yogurt?
Basically, I also have a "smiley" for yogurt in a liter jar, so it's not critical.

About multi-cook is interesting. 40C - can be set for the test. Probably, you can set it to 75-80C and make a sous look there or cook a ham.

In general, I added this multicooker to the pre-order on our local website, now I'm waiting for a call from the manager.
Girls! Who is the owner of this multi. Please write down the exact displacement to the limit line in an ordinary pot. And, if possible, try on another bowler hat (from another multi). I wonder if what I already have is a good replacement. The branded pot is not yet on sale.

Inside the cartoon pot, maximum 3.5 liters. The height of the pot is 15 cm, diameter is 22 cm, without the top rim. It is also interesting which multi will fit the bowl. By the way, there is also a plastic lid for the bowl - beauty!
Lubashka
The weight of the bowl is 530 g. Before dividing the MAX - 4 liters, you can cook 4.5 soup on a low boil, 5 is on the edge. Bread bucket 2.5 liters. My second cartoon is 4 liters, the pot will definitely not fit.
lanaYaya
I use the second week. I report:
1) made bread: in the "baguette" mode, 750g. medium crust - milk bread according to the recipe from the book from HP.The taste is not bad, the crumb is elastic, finely porous, but the top is pale. What I liked very much: on a glass, the volume in ml is shown not in multiples of 50, as in my previous HP, but in the proportions often required in the recipe. I am delighted, otherwise it was a problem to measure 270-280 ml. I don't know how by eye yet)))
2) I made pizza dough (yeast), and the pizza itself - it just worked out super.
3) I mixed the dough for dumplings perfectly. It is a pity that she herself does not mold them
4) In the Multi mode, I made vegetable caviar (impromptu without an exact recipe) - it turned out not with porridge, but with fried pieces, just like I love
5) Chicken with potatoes, in the modes of frying and stewing. Fine.
6) Yogurt - yes, in a baking bowl with a stirrer. Tastes like a village curdled milk. But I did not respect the proportions: I put a jar of unsweetened Activia on a liter of milk for 6 hours. Somehow watery. I think I'll make it more precisely according to the recipe. I want to buy Evitalia at the pharmacy.
Now I'll put a simple wheat bread on the water, I'll try it with a dark crust.
In the plans there is also a biscuit, or a cupcake.
Yes, it is tempting to test both Multishef and convection, but hands do not reach yet)))
Another thing I liked about the "little things" - at the HP bowl, the legs are rubberized in two places at the very bottom (outside, of course), and on the protruding legs.
The book of recipes is suggestive ... that I have been cooking something primitive for several decades

What did not please me was the mode of yogurt only with a bread bucket, but if you do not put the stirrer, then 4 Avent cups become.
Yes, for the first time I cooked in a baking bucket according to a recipe from a book, the yogurt was liquid drinking, I used a liquid sourdough, a bald, but then I switched to a multi-cooker for a cartoon cup I poured yoghurt into baby food bottles, the sourdough used local blueberry yogurt with a shelf life 5 days, but honestly for me the consistency is too delicate, I would like more elastic or something, the taste is also for an amateur, for me it is sour.
We need to experiment further

In a multicooker bowl I set the program 1d 40 degrees for 4 hours 2d 40 degrees for 4 hours 3d 0 4d 0
I put yogurt in the evening, in the morning I was ready
kaymera
I report a cartoon bucket of 5 liters for cooking only 3.5 liters of liquid (!) To the mark
Has a lid for storage, closes well enough.

The bread bucket can be filled with up to 2 liters of liquid

Buckets can be stored by putting one in the other, but I do not store it like that
The legs of the bread bucket are rubberized, very comfortable, the rubber does not stain, soft, it is nice to put the bucket on the table without clattering

The recipe book, I think this is an advertising chip, the photos were taken not from the multicooker, but from the oven, cheating on the face
Although the proportions of the products are thought out and tested, I prepared the yogurt from this book, porridge and white bread.(I watched the bread roll, and it was required to add a little flour) Everything worked out!

P.s. I apologize for the photo, I downloaded it from my phone, I don't know how to turn it over

Cups are absolutely useless for me, as I cook according to recipes from the Internet, I weigh the ingredients on a scale, and in a cartoon I cook by eye and taste

And also about the non-browning of the bread, no matter how much I tried, the bread is not baked evenly, I tried to close the window with foil, I just covered the bucket with foil, covered it with a towel on top, but the situation improves a little, but the top does not brown evenly anyway
kaymera
On the Internet I found recommendations for turning over, for browning the top crust. It's all nonsense, only the view has deteriorated

Well, these are experiments with high-speed machines, I clarify this is the tip
Multicooker-bread maker VITEK VT-4209 5G from the Black & White collection

Made a dark crust the bottom is very dark, the top is still light

Feedback on the spatula: my spatula is constantly fried and tore the bread when pulling out, so I began to pull out the spatula at the last crush in the bread mode, when the timer shows 1:05. Now I just have bread with a small hole

I really like how he cooks pilaf and buckwheat with meat, everything turns out crumbly, not like porridge on the pilaf mode for 40 minutes I fall asleep 3 cups of cereal and 6 water.
Yeast dough for pizza, no complaints. (program dough1)
I cook vegetables in stewing mode, everything is also very worthy. But I cook borscht with frying in a pan it turns out to quickly throw everything into the pot.

kaymera
And another tip about additional equipment
Scoop. Very convenient measurement corresponds to a teaspoon and a large spoon, measured with vegetable oil.
Holder for a multicooker bucket, quite comfortable, the bucket fixes well, it's convenient for me to get hot
Cups: large - size in ml (30, 60, 79, 120, 150, 158, 180, 210, 240, 280, 300), oz and cup, ml are accurate, for me the inconvenience of glasses is that the measurements are transparent and convex is made inside the glass, i.e. from the outside the glass is smooth and when pouring liquid, the measurements become invisible.
Small cup dimension in parts 3/4, 1/2, 1/3
Ladle and spoon: the buckets do not scratch, the plastic is pleasantly hard, the edges are smooth, but stained with roofing felts from carrots, roofing felts from tomato paste

Cover-cover or one that snaps into place (portable version of the thicket)?
hehe - exactly, a cover! but closes tight.
Confused. They wrote here - 3.5? Did you measure it by the "filling" method?
I did not measure, but read the inscription on the risk inside. Bowl up to the brim 5 liters, up to max. tags - 3.5

From here and in more detail. Is this an analogue of heating, as in an airfryer? Blowing hot air with a fan?
As I understand it, convection is 3D heating: both heating elements with a lid. Haven't tried this mode yet. I'll make a cupcake, unsubscribe.

Are the rubber bands black? If yes, when HP kneads, do not leave marks on the table?
The rubber bands do not leave marks.

It takes longer in a yogurt maker (the temperature is 2 degrees lower, or from dry sourdough (while the bacteria wake up) The most important thing is that the MX (multi-bread maker) does not go into heating mode after a multi-cook 40 degrees (dex 60 after the end included heating 70 degrees)

I changed the composition a little: put vanillin, 4 tbsp. l sugar and added raisins (in the BAGUETTE mode there is no signal to add, so after 1.5 hours I just fell asleep on top, everything was mixed perfectly). Press the MULTI-COOK button; select the program number with the menu button; then press the MULTI-COOK button for a long time, shows d1, press the menu shows 100 degrees plus or minus change the temperature, press the menu, shows time zeros - set the desired time, press the menu shows d2, etc., if the other steps are not needed, press ok for a long time, and start to start cooking, if start is not pressed, it is simply saved under the number that you configured (p1 ..... p45). If convection is needed, then when d1 shows we press the button of the bread maker - d1 changes to c1. The most important thing at the end of programming is to press ok for a long time, otherwise it will not be saved and will remain 100 degrees 0 minutes. I set program number 1 for 4 hours 40 degrees for yogurt (I don't like the bread machine in the bucket), it's good that the heating does not turn on at the end of the program, unlike dex 60.
Itself figured out from the fifth time only: crazy: from this site in the comments 🔗, before that there was a Dex 60 so I didn't even look into the instructions
And another tip, if convection is needed, choose the pizza mode, it works with two shades by default, and set the time as needed. On pizza, a 4-egg omelet is ready in 8 minutes

If you deal with a multi-cook, then everything becomes simple. Today I made jam from raspberries. And I tried bread on a multi-cook program - proofing 40 degrees per hour and baking for an hour at 120 degrees of convection, it is convenient that it remembers and next time I just choose the 5th program and start without programming.
In comparison with the 60th dex, the multi-bread machine is more "sharp", you won't interfere with the frying on time - it will burn, it boils more strongly during the stewing, but it also cooks faster. I won't get used to it.
I tried the deep-frying program - the chicken wings were gone, only a lot of oil is needed, it is convenient that it squeaks when the oil has warmed up to the desired temperature and the time starts when, after loading, press start again.

Congratulations, you are now a superuser! And yesterday I solved the problem of yogurt in a multicooker bowl. First we put the bakery bowl, start the yogurt program and after starting we move it to the multicooker with cups, the error no longer pops up. I like it better if you pour water between the glasses, so the temperature is more even across the glasses.

And the fact that she periodically mixes the Yogurt in the program, but in the cartoon bowl will not be - nothing? I mean, does the quality of the finished yoghurt suffer from this somehow? I really want Greek type yogurt - dense, thick. I don't know how to get one. Did it already 3 times - liquid And another question about jars of baby food - should they be covered with a lid, or not? I haven’t had a yoghurt maker yet, I don’t know the intricacies.

Today I baked bread according to the "Rizhsky" recipe, in the "Rye" mode. For my taste, there is a lot of honey in the basic recipe, it is strongly felt, or my honey is so thick))) The bread is not as lush as white, but the taste is amazing. I would eat instead of cupcake
I also made pastry dough according to a recipe from a book, then I twisted bagels with walnuts out of it - the dough was just lovely, not a gram of flour when molded - elastic, obedient. And it rose well.
So far, only one big problem has been discovered: I'm afraid it will soon be difficult to get through the door
