Easter cakes in Steba DD1 Eco

Ingredients

Any dough for cakes can be used, your favorite

Cooking method

  • I decided to bake some Easter cakes in the oven, and part in the multicooker, and that's what happened!
  • We take any dough for cakes, I took this Easter cakes in Steba DD1 Eco
  • Turn on the heating program at 30 degrees for 1 hour - set the Easter cakes to rise, went up almost to the top.
  • Then I switched on the porridge mode for 1 hour 10 minutes, pressure 0.3, the valve is closed, the bowl is Teflon. I turned it off 10 minutes before the end, it seemed that was enough (the top of the cakes was white, it felt like they were not baked), you also need to look at your discretion, brown in the oven.
  • The cakes turned out to be more airy than in the ovens.
  • Here in the context (left in the oven, right in steba)
  • Easter cakes in Steba DD1 Eco
  • Can be glazed or sprinkled with icing sugar.
  • Bon Appetit !

The dish is designed for

8 small cakes

Karina, I kept wondering if it was possible to bake small Easter cakes in a cartoon. I have a Panasonic. Won't such baking hurt a bowl?

Albina, but it certainly won't hurt a bowl, but it will probably take a very long time, Panasonic, as far as I heard, is delicate and bakes for a long time.

Karinawhat a smart girl you are! Respect for the recipe

Karina, good experience and an example of Easter cakes, especially the little ones I bookmark unambiguously!

Baking Easter cakes and muffins can be done in molds in pressure cookers and multicooker, even I have written about this in the instructions for the Urson, and I baked muffins (there is a recipe on the forum), they work out great
It is important that the manufacturer writes about this in the instructions.

Karina, see the book of recipes for Urson, the recipe for biscuits - I used it to bake portioned biscuits in the Oursson 5005 pressure cooker https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=185237.0 , it is more convenient, of course, to bake in paper forms, the sides will be beautiful and neat

Thank you Tatyana, I always considered myself very attentive, but here I missed it - getting old

Karina, and you smeared the molds with something?

Karina, and you smeared the molds with something?
Natasha is nothing, there is enough oil in the dough and it seems to me that these molds do not need to be lubricated. They're like baking paper

And someone tried to bake a big cake for the whole bowl? For some reason, I want just such a huge Easter cake like my grandmother from the oven

Of course, they baked this. Last year https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=3502.0.html baked in the cartoon

* Karina *, but outwardly and the cut I liked your oven more.
The taste is probably the same.Does the oven really lose a lot in density? Easter cakes are usually a denser baking than other dough, so it seems to be necessary?

Olga, yes, the oven is more dense, but for some reason my family still liked it more from the stem. And it seems to me that both are delicious

Thank you Karina, today I bought these molds in Dixie, on Thursday I will bake Easter cakes according to your recipe. I hope that I will succeed.

Shtebochka saved my cake! I messed up with the dough (I added too much milk), I thought everything was over! The dough did not rise. I decided to use MV: dough on "Heating" for 1 hour (30 degrees). It rose, although it was clear that the dough was heavy (there was no time to redo it). She baked on the advice of Karina on "Kasha", but the time lasted 1 hour 25 minutes (perhaps because she was making cake in the whole bowl - Teflon), 0.3 bar. Without removing it browned on the "Roast" for 30 minutes, but less is better (maybe 15-20 minutes), since the bottom, although not burnt, was fried.
Everything turned out very tasty, even in spite of a very serious mistake with the dough. Thanks to Karina and of course our Stebochka
Albina
Karina, and I took advantage of your idea and baked 2 types of Easter cakes in Panasonic. And today I bought an extra cup for her

The girls are healthy, after the experiment with the staff I did it in the ovens. Mine pronounced the verdict in the staff tastier

In Shteba, the cake turns out to be something special, the dough is one, and the taste differs from those baked in the oven and in the airfryer. I have a gas stove, so I don't like baking in it. He's so airy, melting. Delicious.

It's good that Maria reminded me about the baking of Easter cakes in Shteba. It will be necessary to experience. But I only have a stainless steel bowl. I think that everything should work out with her.
Loksa
Albina, only in a tefal bowl! in metal baking is not good! I could be wrong, but there hasn't been a single positive baking result in a metal bowl!
Albina
So these cakes are in paper cups by themselves. I think that by doing so they will save the pastries.
Masinen
Albina, if only he puts them on the wire rack so that they do not come into contact with the bottom of the pan.
Albina
Mariawhy grate? I baked a cartoon in Panasonic for 2 years in a row

* Karina *, I want to bake three Easter cakes in paper forms in Shteba, like you Karina, but I turned on Heating 30 * (yes, it's good that I didn't put the Easter cakes right away) ... and she accelerated !!! I'm already looking at 51 degrees (although it's at 30) I've never come across Podogshrev before ... for proofing. It's always like the temperature is walking, I touched it with my hand - I turned it off very hot ... I will just stand it at room temperature ... And then I will put it in the Headquarters)) 0
Natalishka
Margarita, I baked strictly according to the recipe. And the temperature, but jumping. But that's okay. The proofing is excellent. Today baked in Shteba, cool down. I'll unsubscribe later and a photo. These are the cakes I got.
Karina, thanks for the recipe.

I didn't bake in cartoons this year. And in the Shteba, on the "Porridge" mode, the cake turns red?
Na_tachka
Thank you very much! It turns out that Shtebochka also bakes. And she bakes cakes, as it turned out, simply divinely.
Albina
Natalishka, do you have an extra bowl for Stebe?

I tried in Shteba in paper forms = 2 pieces with a diameter of 11 cm fit in. I put them on porridge, the valve is open, 110 minutes. Not baked at all! That is, absolutely! What was the dough in the molds, it remains, only hot ... What does this mean? What I did wrong? How to bake something in Shtebe - I have XL?
* Karina *
Olga, did you put the cakes on heating for raising?

Of course I set it, stood for more than an hour, the dough rose. I think 0.3 pressure just doesn't work for me. In general, I baked them in the oven ... I needed 115 degrees for the languor. put, probably ...
