Triangle Crumpets (Steba Sandwich Maker)

Ingredients

cottage cheese 200g
flour 120g
egg 1 PC.
sugar 4 tbsp. l.
oil 2 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1 tsp
vanillin 1d.

Cooking method

  • They are done very quickly and easily. Sweep away with even greater speed. Mix everything with a mixer and put in the grooves of the sandwich maker, 1 tbsp each. l. with a slide. I put 1 more frozen raspberries inside. Bake for 8 minutes. They swell in half. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
