Larissa, you, as always, kill on the spot with the beauty of the dish, as well as the simplicity and speed of preparation! Thanks for the recipe! Did I understand correctly that such dough can be used both in the grill and in a sandwich maker?
dopleta

can this dough be used in a grill or in a sandwich maker?
Of course, Checkmark! And in the deep fryer. Only then you need to make the dough a little thicker so that it does not slip off the sausage ahead of time.
gala10
Thank you! I'll take it on board!
Tanyulya
Larissa, thank you very much !!!! And then something well, my sausage maker is not friendly with batter and with sausages ... or I am not friends with them.
I will definitely try this recipe, if I use the meat, then everything is fine, and the sausages just break from the inside and they turn out somehow twisted.

here with meat and yeast dough, even

this is pancake dough, but the same meat

and just breaks the sausages.

with sausages that you need to do something in advance?
dopleta
Sausages breaks apart even during normal cooking, and during cooking, and during frying, if they are overheated, Tanechka! Time should be reduced. The dough is baked - that's all! So the sausages are ready.

And everything seems damp to me.
Thanks, I'll try. I was already beginning to think, what are those sausages made of then, if they are so upset the poor

And I have never done it with meat, only with sausages. But not a single one burst.

So your sausages are good, but here I am definitely saying .... some kind of garbage.

Tanya, in secret - now it's even healthier to smoke than to eat a sausage And to be honest, it seems to me that these sausages can be replaced with homemade sausages, only ready-made, not raw
Tanyulya
Tan, more and more often I just do chopped meat, with raw meat, but with good sausages we really have ... an ambush.
dopleta
I only buy "Viennese", and even then not often.
julia007
Handsomely! Didn't know that this is possible with sausages.
Kasia
Thanks to Larisa for giving a link to this Temka
Then I'll show you my first experience on this device
I did it yesterday for the first time and was surprised that the first time something happened.
Usually well, "the first pancake is lumpy"
I made half with bananas, half with sausages. I cut the bananas in half, and cut the sausages into 4 parts altogether. But they were long, Hanoverian.
I don't really like sausages, so I didn't eat a single one, but with bananas it's yummy
But on the other hand, both husband and son and grandson ate with sausages

Which are smoother (to our left) are with sausages, and large loose ones (to our right) are with bananas, but poured the dough for the first time, poured too much, so they turned out to be so loose
K. Marina
Girls, please tell me what kind of unit you have? and where did they get it? This is probably how children gobble up, and sweets can be made, and given to school

and sweet can be done
And sweet, and vegetable, and meat! Anything you want! And this thing has a lot of names, depending on the manufacturer. Mine (written above) - "Pyshka-3". There is also a device "6 sausages", here, for example 🔗 Browse the Internet, they are on sale!

you can make sweets and give them to school
I did it with soaked dried apricots. Dried apricots for 15 minutes steamed, then overnight in a cooling steamer.
The last times even with dried apricots syrup inside with condensed milk. The syringe for this is homemade: from the protective cap of the syringe needle, welded with hot glue to the cap screwed onto the tube. The dough was made sweeter.
There is only a problem - either dried apricots should be the smallest, or they should be cut and stacked on a hairpin. Otherwise, it does not fit exactly into the mold.
It turns out to be a very tasty thing. Goes with a bang.
kat-rin-ka
Tell me please, do you need standard or fat sausages?
Tanyulya
Katya, ordinary sausages are better and preferably of high quality, not sausages.
Countryman
Well, something like this.
First, I cut off the meat from three chicken legs, chopped it, added an onion, spices, marinated for a day ...

Then he broke it into 6 parts, wrapped it in foil and drove it to steamat in the mantle 35 minutes. And then, not letting the meat cool down, he stuffed it into this homemade contraption... Which I called stuffer for a sausage maker.
Sausages in dough in a waffle-sausage maker Pyshka-3
There he rammed the meat with a special ramrod, crushed it through the plugs with nuts on the hairpins, and overnight in the refrigerator.

Today, after lunch, I took the filling out of the refrigerator, freed the pipes, squeezed out the grabbed meat, cut it into pieces.

6.5 cm each. Each tube contains six chopped "sausages" without a shell. That is, one pipe for one sausage filling. There are two pipes in total, quite enough. And the longer ones do not fit into the refrigerator. In short, everything is calculated.
Well, here's the result.

Additional notes.
1. Three legs for two dressings, of course, is too much. But the excess cooked and steamed in foil also did not lie
2. For variety, this time I had the dough with the addition of rye flour
150 g wheat
100 g rye
1 egg
water
2/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp. l sugar
1 tsp paprika
The use of rye flour gave special features in kneading and pouring, I had to tinker.
However, the resulting taste was worth it.

Cool!!!
gala10
Konstantin, stunned, how cool! That's what it means when a man has a head and hands! And these are not purchased sausages, it is not known what they have been cooked up from. Well done!

I also need a miracle technique: girl-yes: I want such a unit! Where to look?
Anastasia
And I still don't understand whether I like the appliance or not ... A portion in my crumpet-3 is baked for 15 minutes and somehow I don't like the uneven frying. Instances at the edges of the form are pale. I look at the photos of other users of this thing - they are uniformly golden, they turn out beautiful.
Countryman
This is not the first time I did in "Pyshka-3" guardians stuffed with soaked dried apricots.

In my usual test, but today instead of water used when mixing mashed strawberries.

The taste is very interesting.

Next time I want to try the dough with fresh cucumber puree, but with meat filling.
Kasia
Countryman, I don’t understand. The first photo is ready-made, in the test or what? Or are there no photos in finished form?

The first photo shows the prepared filling. And I was ready to put it up, but changed my mind. They are all the same outside, that those that are ... But, for your sake, "if a woman asks ..." (c), pliz. Here they are today.

more and more often I just do it with minced meat, with raw meat,
Tanya, can you tell us a little more about meat and what kind of dough do you make for it? Something my family has already eaten sausages, does not want more: - ((The unit is idle: - ((
Tanyulya
Galina, the dough is like for pancakes, only thicker and instead of sausages, I put ready-made meat and grated cheese on top, there is still a bit of dough on top, just not liquid, otherwise it ran kaaaak over the edges, I had to disassemble the whole sausage and wash.
I did the same on yeast dough, they said it tasted good, but without the "rise", on the puff it turned out well.
I want to try everything shortbread.

Thank you, Tanyusha, huge
Just say meat - minced meat? Raw or overcooked?
Tanyulya
Chunks of meat, usually after AF or grilling.
Kasia
Tanyulya, I understood everything now :-)))) Thanks :-))))
Please tell me your opinion: Do you think raw minced meat will not go here at all, right? Would you do with raw?
Your opinion is important to me, as assa
Tanyulya
I tried it raw, but I baked it on pancake dough for so long.
But with yeast and especially puff I liked it. And I often make just minced meat cutlets
Sausages in dough in a waffle-sausage maker Pyshka-3
then it can be added to the dough, but I haven’t tried that, mine and their caps eat them well.
Kasia
Tanyulya, yeah, thank you very much for the "science" I understood everything, I'll try it too
Kasia
I tried I didn't calculate the size of the pies and only three things fit into the device, I didn't dare to squeeze the rest, I just fried in a pan. And for these three, the excess dough came out from the edges, I had to cut it off with scissors
Dough: 1 cup kefir + 0.5 cups grows. oil + 1 tsp salt + 1 tbsp. l sugar + 1 hour l dry yeast Saf-moment + 3 tbsp. flour. I kneaded everything, while it was rising, I made the filling: Grinding in a blender one chicken fillet (raw), 1 onion and 1 potato (raw). Salted and pepper. I stuck it like ordinary cakes and folded it into a mold (3 pieces). Baked in the form for about 20 minutes. I was afraid that the meat would remain damp. But everything turned out very tasty and juicy

I tried it in "Pyshka-3" as a filling for caregivers zucchini, dried by Admin technology. By cutting and placing on skewers.

Also, part of the syrup left over from their preparation was used for the dough instead of water.
It turned out well. Although the syrup should have probably been diluted a little.

Yes, it's a good device, of course, I keep looking at it, but I'm afraid that I won't play with it for long and will go to the shelf. Today I baked sausages in dough in a sandwich maker, well ... but in a sausage maker it would have been better and more beautiful, and maybe even tastier.
Sausages in dough in a waffle-sausage maker Pyshka-3
Maybe the sausage maker really will be in business? I look at you and make pies in it ... and cutlets ... Get it?
Lagri
I bought it after all, this sausage. I didn't find Pyshka-3, but bought some kind of Kenbrook-666, Hot dog maker, but she's the same as Pyshka-3. So I think, but if you wrap sausages in puff pastry and bake ...
Second
I bought Smile RS-3633.
Sausages in dough in a waffle-sausage maker Pyshka-3
I tried to cook sausages on ready-made yeast dough - it turned out not very, too hard
Maybe someone will advise a non-liquid correct hot dog dough.
Lagri
And today I made sausages in dough, in ordinary dough from flour, eggs, a little kefir and salt. We liked. Well, this, of course, is the simplest thing that I could immediately figure out, but it was delicious and now I think to bake something even tastier. I don’t dare to bake from yeast dough yet. I think that the top lid will probably not need to be closed with a lock, the dough will increase in volume.
Second
You need a tender one, but if I held it for a little longer, I would get a sausage in a waffle.
Lagri
You can try a yeast-free, ordinary dough: mix 2 eggs and a little salt, add 50 ml of kefir, then add flour until the consistency is not liquid sour cream. I did not add baking powder, eggs in the dough. This is the simplest dough, but it turns out delicious. I also looked at Smile 3633, but Kenbrook turned out to be closer.
Second
The size of the sausage in the axes should be no more than 10 cm, that is, the sausage should be short, and this is not visible from the photograph. The standard sausage is slightly longer and the excess has to be cut off.
Countryman
In "Pyshka" ~ 70mm. But no problem. From two scraps, laid in the dough with their butts to the edges, the composite quality is no worse. When laying, it is better to use tweezers, if medical, then preferably long.

And in my Kenbrook Sausages in dough in a waffle-sausage maker Pyshka-3also the length is a little more than 10 cm and I cut the sausages a little, it turned out very beautiful in appearance, but then the dough remained and I finished it from the dough and the remains of the sausages and everything turned out great too.
Today I baked cheese cakes from 200 g of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, sugar and salt to taste (I beat it all with a blender), added flour to the consistency of thick sour cream and baked for about 7 minutes, it was baked perfectly, it turned out delicious. And they fried unevenly, because I was afraid to shift the dough, I thought she would run away, but now I know that you can put more than I put in and then fry more evenly.

And then scrambled eggs, because empty cells remained and I filled them with a beaten egg and salt

Larissa, thank you photo otpad :-) :-) as always at the highest level !!! Urrah, now the sausage maker will not stand idle !!!!
Second
In short, the music did not last long. On the 5th cooking of sausages, there was a crash in the kitchen. I went out and saw that the lower handle had broken off almost at the root. The dough was yeast-free. Before buying, I came across reviews that someone had a broken pen, but I hoped that this misfortune would bypass me. But it didn't work out.
