Ingredients

bitter chocolate 90 g
kefir 100 g
sugar 100 g
chicken egg 3 pcs.
flour, premium 85 g
baking powder 10 g
hazelnut 100 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Fry the hazelnuts in a pan, cool and remove the husks. Ceiling slightly so that there are no whole kernels, but there are halves and a smaller size.
  • 2. Break the chocolate into pieces, pour in kefir. In a water bath, gently heat the mixture, stirring thoroughly, until the chocolate is completely melted. Do not let kefir curl!
  • 3. Beat eggs with sugar until the volume increases by 2.5-3 times, add the chocolate mixture, mix, add sifted flour, baking powder, nuts. Using a spatula, moving from bottom to top, combine dry ingredients with liquid.
  • 4. Pour into the multicooker bowl (put parchment on the bottom), oven mode 45 min 120 deg. After the end of the program, do not open for 10 minutes, then take out the bowl with the finished cake and let it cool in the bowl. Turn on a plate, using a double boiler.
