Yeast-free puff pastry 1 pack
green onion 400-500g
hard cheese 150g
eggs 4 things

Cooking method

  • Onion pie
  • Roll out two sheets of baking sheet dough thinly. Cover the dough with a towel so that it does not dry out. Chop the onion
  • Onion pie
  • break 4 eggs into a bowl with onions, grate the cheese on a fine grater, salt and pepper
  • Onion pie
  • stir, the filling is ready
  • Onion pie
  • Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put a sheet of dough, put the filling on top, flatten, but so that there is space around the edges, ~ 3 cm, cover with a second sheet of dough, pinch the edges.
  • Separate the yolk from the protein. Pour milk to the yolk, salt and stir. Grease the pie with a milky yolk mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • The pie is delicious and very juicy.

  • Onion pie
  • I made a mistake. First I made the filling, then the dough began to roll out, the filling dripped slightly. Therefore, I pay attention to the sequence: first the dough, then the filling.

I don’t buy on margarine, but occasionally on sale it is found on a palm tree. fat (see annotation). I read an article in Lisa magazine that the calories are the same, saturated fat, like animal fat, but almost no trans fats like margarine.

Previously, in cooking, they made and sold puff pastry in butter, but now they have stopped, alas. Or do it yourself, or go to the store.

Better on margarine than on palm fat .... it is very harmful to the body.
On the contrary, I don’t take anything with him.

RepeShock,
Well, who loves the trans isomers. ))
And calories are nicer to me. There is no difference in saturation between lard and palm fat, I'd rather eat it.

So about palm trees everywhere they write that it leads to cancer and even to a bunch of different byaka. I don’t take margarine either ... Although where they write that it doesn’t contain this and that, they also often lie, and in fact, the composition contains something that is allegedly not contained :(

Ilona,
You can get sick from anything, if without measure.

They often write about palm kernel, stir up hysteria, as with "cholesterol" shrimp or monosodium glutamate. Errors one comma to the left in nutritionists' reference books - and this is the result.
They also write a lot about sugar and salt.

I still prefer a little bit, although saturated fat, but natural.

And you are absolutely right about the labels. It happens that individual ingredients are not written or the composition is incorrectly indicated. And don't check. ((

(Recently, in the aerofray, they baked "ears" from ready-made dough. So a lot of fat was melted into the tray from the cookies, although this should not have happened. Usually the layers open up, and the butter stays inside. And the fat was some kind of watery, stratified, like as if a lighter version of margarine was put into the dough, and in the end everything went into the bucket. And the composition on the package was decent).

I think for the "onion pie". I presented myself with a pie with onions. And here is SUCH BEAUTY. Thanks for the idea. I'll do it if possible. We do not mow onions, but buy. Of course, you can grow it on the windowsill. But somehow I raised it for the last time, there were a lot of midges

Ooooh, familiar pie! Only on Sunday did they visit my aunt and bake it with her! Delicious! And also, by the way, first they made the filling, and then rolled out the dough. The filling also gave juice, but we, like the sides from the lower layer of dough, threw over it and covered it with the second layer. Not leaked out.

Tatyana, Congratulations!!!

I will definitely try this recipe, it reminds me of spring pies with eggs and herbs familiar from childhood, only the egg was added to them, already boiled and cut. And so I have not tried it yet, I will definitely do it

oh, Tanyusha, I decided to make this lattice at the last moment - instead of piercing with a fork, when one part of the dough was already "blinded" ... Therefore, the drawing is not very clear ... But, indeed, original ...
