Steamed cottage cheese casserole for small children (Oursson MP5005 multicooker)

Ingredients

Fat soft cottage cheese 11% 250 g
Egg 1 PC
Salt 1/3 h l
Sugar 3 h l
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Semolina 1.5 tbsp
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Convenient for small children, as it is soft. I prepare the dough in advance (in the morning or evening) and eat half of the dough for an afternoon snack. Norm for 2 servings (cook in a small bowl). Prepare the second portion of the dough the next day. Once I made the dough and had to leave urgently. I put it in the freezer. It stayed there for 3 weeks. Then I defrosted it and cooked it - the taste is awesome.
  • So let's go.
  • Beat the egg with sugar and salt, and vanilla. Add sour cream, semolina and cottage cheese. Stir well and refrigerate.
  • I pour 400 grams of water into the multicooker and install the steamer. Grease the bowl with butter and leave a piece of butter at the bottom. I put a bowl of dough in a double boiler (it will grow a little). Pressure 3. Steam mode. Cooking time - 15 minutes. I cook an hour before meals. It will stand up well and will "work." If you need it urgently, I cook for 20 minutes plus the time for the pressure drop.
  • This food ratio is optimal for my food and the steamer. You can cook with the dough. If you want a denser consistency, you can increase the amount of semolina to 2 tbsp. l.
  • My kids really love with recipe marshmallows https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...=com_smf&topic=223773.220 and wash down with cocoa.

The dish is designed for

2 servings

Note

My youngest kid is a professional "UNEADOK". Therefore, I checked the recipes for feeding him more than once - there are few of them. Cottage cheese does not tolerate scent. But then we lay in the hospital and tried the casserole there. Well, very tasty. And they gave it often. So we even got better there. As they were discharged, I began to look for a recipe in the net. And immediately on the same day, Tanyshka posted the recipe for this casserole (thanks to her). But there were errors and the moderators deleted it. And I am so sorry for the recipe, so I expose it myself. Sorry Tanyshka.
