Cupcake Delicious in Midea AHS15BC bread maker

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 rounded cups (330-340g)
eggs 3 pcs (about 200 g with shells)
Butter 120 g
sugar 160-180 g
cognac or vodka 1 tbsp. l. or 1.5 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
vanillin taste
baking powder 1.5 tbsp. l.
raisins 50-100 g

Cooking method

  • My cup from a bread machine is 250 ml. Weighed eggs with shells.
  • Put the ingredients in the bread maker's bucket in the order indicated in your instructions. I laid like this (I did not beat or stir anything): eggs, sugar, softened butter, cut into pieces, salt, brandy or vodka, vanillin, flour, baking powder.
  • Then turn on the program No. 7 "Dessert" or the one that suits the duration in your oven. The dessert program in my oven lasts 1.20 minutes - 20 minutes. kneading and 1 hour baking.
  • Add the raisins 1-2 minutes before the end of the batch. Rinse the raisins, dry and mix with a little flour. If you add raisins right away, it will sink to the bottom.
  • At the end of the program, add 20 min. on program 12 - pastries. Then remove the cake and cool on a wire rack.

I love cupcakes, we will be happy to try the recipe!
Oh, I wanted to ask about the glass, they already answered! Thanks for the recipe!

Elena, Natalia, Thank you!!!

Oh, how sunny! It's a miracle !!! And the crumbaaaa - finally!
lu_estrada
Olesenka, a very beautiful cupcake, and even so lazy! Thank you, my husband will be very happy with such a sun.

Girls, I don't have a regime that can replace

Two cups with a slide, is it about 350 grams of flour? And the weight is solid - 800 g

Great cupcake! Handsome man! I'll have to try.
lisa567
Elena, Ludmilathanks for the praise !!! Ludmila, he is very lazy. The only thing I do from the edges of the bucket is to help collect the flour at the beginning.

Marina, see which matches the duration in your stove. If there is nothing, then knead in any mode and turn on the baking separately.

Newbie, Thank you! Try it!

And what height did it turn out? (just thinking, should I count on less weight?)
Otherwise I was already drooling
And you can replace the raisins with candied fruits, I wonder (my people don't like it)?
Oh, I forgot to ask - what consistency should you get?
lisa567
Newbie, at a height just above the middle of the bucket. There is no need to recount, on the contrary, I add, because it is eaten very quickly. You can substitute candied fruits, I just don't like them. It is delicious, crumbly without anything. The consistency of the dough is probably like a pancake. This time I didn't get the spatula, I baked with it. The hole is neat.

Here I am with the report! Really very light, beautiful kekik. Delov something: threw it and forgot ... After 2 hours I remembered

And the cutter:

Dried pineapples and dried apricots are used as a filling. Added CZ flour. The next time I will not do this, it feels too obvious. But the oatmeal can be rolled

but it seemed to me - candied fruits. And how finely cut pineapples? Maybe try with lemon zest? (I don't know what to add to the filler, or maybe nothing is needed).
Loya
Multi-colored pineapples, sold in the dried fruit department. They are already cut into cubes, you do not need to do anything with them. People like it, it's funny. I like dried apricots more. I think it will be delicious with the zest. The dough is watery in consistency, like pancakes. Indeed, a very easy muffin to perform.

I baked a cupcake. It turned out brown. True, I added red wine instead of cognac (which was at hand). Or overexposed it
I would like the weight of flour in grams, because for someone a "slide" is just a mound, but for someone Everest. Flour should be thrown in parts, otherwise it turns out to be a mess in the corners (pick it up with a spatula so that everything is knocked together). It is not clear whether the dough was thin - the cake was baked with a hole in the middle (from the stirrer), then, however, evened out. After baking, the dome seemed damp, left it to maintain the temperature for another hour. Well, actually, I don't even know if it turned out to be a successful cupcake or not.

Why replace cognac with red wine? They have different culinary functions, read about cognac here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=136410.0
Cognac, vodka, whiskey - contribute to flatness, beautiful appearance, baking and lightness of the dough.
Red wine is sour, it is better to add it to meat dishes and to evaporate during cooking.

I don't hold strong alcoholic drinks like that. I thought alcohol is alcohol Thank you, I will know that these are not interchangeable drinks

I don't hold strong alcoholic drinks like that. I thought alcohol was alcohol

And I have many different bottles with strong and not very alcoholic drinks (cider, original beer, balsams, and strong alcohol), which I use when preparing baked goods, other food - each dish has its own portion of alcohol, from Art. l. until "completely cover"
I do not count myself as a drinker, but I often use alcohol to improve the taste of a dish.

I put the flour all at once - everything was well mixed. The consistency of the dough is similar to how it should be. And the slide is a slide, which is not clear here, I don't know. When they write to add a teaspoon with a slide - you pour the food so that the slide is larger than the spoon !? And for baking, I wrote that 20 minutes should be added to the main program. baking separately on the program. The total baking time should be 1 hour 20 minutes.

It didn't work out for me that the slide was larger than a glass And in general I somehow do not accept units of measurement for myself - cups.

It didn't work out for me that the slide was larger than a glass And in general I somehow do not accept units of measurement for myself - cups.

There are two concepts for measuring flour and cereals:
- under the knife
- with a slide

By knife: scoop up flour from the bag with a cup, glass, slightly knock on the table so that the flour settles in the cup, cut off the rest with a knife along the edge of the cup. In a regular glass 250 ml. in this way, about 150 grams of wheat flour is included.

With a slide: scoop flour from the bag with a cup, a glass, take out a cup, while a small hill of flour is formed over the glass when pulled out, with a height at the peak (high point) of about 1.5-2 cm. (with a small hill) - just leave a hill of flour and pour into a dough bowl.

Have to accept any units of measurement for all ingredients, and learn to feel the dough with your hands, with your eyes - without this, we can't do it at home, in cooking. And to remember the result, since there are strict limits of the recipe, but there are permissible deviations, and there is "as much as I want"
We look closely at the author's recipes, look at photos, learn and remember

I actually took flour with a spoon, so the "slide" turned out to be purely symbolic.

so the first time I cook a cake - how can you feel without the slightest idea what kind of animal such

Well, we will gain experience, what our years are.

No, but the cake turned out to be delicious. Thank you!

It doesn't matter how you put flour into a cup - a reference point: a small hill of flour on top of the cup

lisa567Thanks for the delicious cupcake. I baked my son for tea a week ago, and yesterday I found a piece (they forgot about the cupcake). I thought it had deteriorated, but it was as fresh as it was, only it became a little denser. So the tea was delicious. Olesya to you
lisa567
Anna, and thank you! I have a cupcake that lasts so long, but you have a wonderful experiment. Now we will know that the cake does not get stale for a long time !!!
lappl1
Olesya, thanks for the great recipe. We liked the cupcake very much. Hell in Panasonic. Only his roof cracked for some reason. And darker than yours. Maybe because of the raisins? But this is all nonsense, because it is very tasty. And, most importantly, simple. I threw everything, kneaded, baked ...
Here it is whole and cut

And besides eggs and butter, there is no liquid?

And besides eggs and butter, there is no liquid?

You can calculate the amount of liquid: 3 eggs - about 180 ml., Butter 120 grams will give about 100-120 ml. liquids. All together it will be about 280-300 ml. liquid, this is quite enough for 300-330 grams of flour, the dough may even be slightly liquid.
Tinmin
Such a question - is 1.5 tablespoons baking powder not a lot?
Anchytka
lisa567, Olesya, something today remembered your cupcake, but there was nothing for tea, so an hour and a half and a tasty tea is ready. So thank you for the recipe rescue
lisa567
Tinmin, so it was in the original recipe. I haven't tried less.
Anchytkaand thank you for using the recipe. The author is always pleased.
