Bulk Apple Pie

Ingredients

Flour 1 glass
Semolina 1 glass
Sugar 1 glass
Baking powder 2 tsp
Vanillin
Apples 1.2-1.5 kg.
Oil sl. or margarine 80-120 gr.

Cooking method

  • Mix dry foods (flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, vanillin)
  • Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
  • Grease a saucepan generously with chilled butter. At the bottom we put a thin layer of dry mixture, on top we spread a layer of apples, again a dry mixture, etc. The last layer should be a dry mixture.
  • Cut the cold butter into slices from above.

  • Baking mode 65 + 40 min. We put 65 minutes, after the signal without opening the cartoon, add another 40 minutes. When finished, open and let the cake cool completely in a saucepan.
