Cooking method

  • Boil the beets in 2 liters of water with the addition of citric acid, cool, peel, chop "into a match" and return to the strained broth. Add sugar, chopped eggs, chopped onion, lettuce, dill and parsley, grated cucumbers, crushed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, stir, cool. Serve with sour cream.
