Coconut ice cream

Ingredients

Coconut milk 400 ml
cream 35% 300 ml
powdered sugar 100 g
mascarpone 100 g
gelatin 10 g
milk 100 g
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • The next delicious ice cream is prepared obscenely quickly and easily.
  • Soak gelatin in 100 ml of milk and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Beat the cream with powdered sugar at the maximum speed of the mixer until "standing". Add coconut milk (in consistency it is like very thick sour cream) and mascarpone, beat until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in a water bath or in a micron. DO NOT boil. To understand that the gelatin has dissolved, we lower a spoon into the mixture, if there are no grains left on the back side, then we have achieved the desired result. Add gelatin and salt to the creamy mixture and stir. Pour into an ice cream maker. My ice cream was ready in 40 minutes.
