Bigus basic recipe in Steba DD1

Ingredients

Rack of pork ribs 500g-700g
Breast w / c 200 g
Sausages (optional) 3 pcs.

Fresh cabbage 1/2 small quality

Cooking method

  • Cut ribs in portions, brisket into thin slices, sausages in circles, onion-turnip with feathers, St. cabbage in strips, grate carrots or cut into strips, rinse prunes and soak dry in hot water for 15 minutes.

  • Vegetables program, standard 0.7 x 15 min. At the end of the program, allow the pressure to equalize and open the cover. Add whole prunes and lavrushka. Stir the bigus. It is already very tasty, but it is better to turn on the Simmering program for 1.5 to 4 hours. Try the dish with salt, I don’t salt. There is enough salt for me).
  • Bigus, like daily cabbage soup, the longer it costs, the tastier. It can be frozen and taken out in portions whenever you want.
