Delicate pink salmon meatballs with rice and cauliflower (Philips multicooker 3134/00)

Ingredients

pink salmon fillet 600 g
cauliflower (frozen) 150 g
boiled rice 230 g
dill small bundle
raw chicken egg 1 PC
corn flour for breading about 3 tbsp. l.
butter 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
milk 1 tbsp.
nutmeg pinch
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Fillet, completely defrosted, cut into pieces. Place the cabbage for 1 min in the microwave for defrosting. Load fish, eggs, chopped dill, cabbage into the bowl of the combine and turn into minced meat in a pulsating mode. Put in a bowl, add rice, salt. Form the meatballs the size of a chicken egg, breaded in corn flour.
  • In the absence of a combine, roll the fillet through a meat grinder and then manually stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Turn on the Fry mode for 25 minutes, pour olive oil into a bowl and add butter, wait until warmed up (about 3 minutes). Fry 4-5 meatballs on both sides, 3-4 minutes on each side. There will be no ruddy crust, it just "grabs" well.
  • After frying the meatballs, put everything back in the bowl, pour in the milk, add the nutmeg and salt a little. Milk Porridge mode 10 min.
  • Garnish with vegetables, if desired with mashed potatoes.
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

13 pcs.

Time for preparing:

Cooking program:

Fry, Milk porridge

Note

It turned out almost Finnish creamy soup, only in the form of cutlets and so there is a creamy sauce, dill, red fish ...

Thank you! very interesting recipe! I will definitely try. Does cauliflower interrupt the taste of fish? the child flatly refuses to eat fish, looking for ways to disguise)
Rada-dms
Thank you, I will! Maybe just steamed, and the sauce separately, what do you think? and how beautifully served !!!

does not interrupt, just the same cabbage is not felt ... I don't even know how to disguise the fish in your case

Maybe just a couple
Try it, I had such an idea, but I got carried away and did not notice how everything was fried only by the breading, I think it is still needed, fish cakes are more prone to "falling apart"
