Cooking method

  • Lazy cabbage rolls are chopped cabbage with minced meat and boiled rice in the form of cigar cutlets.
  • Polaris has already offered this option for a pressure cooker before.

  • Today I want to share the easiest option. You don't need to boil the rice, I put it raw on the bottom of the pan, and on top - cabbage and minced meat. Everything is being prepared at the same time.
  • This method greatly reduces the cooking time. In a pressure cooker, this dish takes 13 minutes under pressure and 5-7 minutes for frying. The cabbage remains plump enough, the meat and rice have time to cook perfectly.
  • It turns out very tasty and satisfying! Try it yourself.
  • Cooking.
  • 1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Place in a hot skillet with 1 tbsp. l. oils. Fry lightly. Add minced meat, salt (0.5 tsp), lightly brown it. Break large lumps a little.

  • 5. Close the cover and valve. Install program "Rice", pressure - 2, time - 13 minutes. Disable the mode immediately after the ready signal. Forcibly release the pressure.
  • 6. Stir the contents of the pan thoroughly. Rice must be completely lifted from the bottom of the pan. Add the suneli hops and, if necessary, more salt. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom and brown the cabbage on the "Fry" program, pressure - 1.
  • Be sure to stir the contents of the saucepan as it may burn. (I fry for 5 minutes).
  • 7. Then add the bay leaf and let the dish “Heat” for at least 10 minutes. (The longer, the tastier.)
  • Serve with sour cream and fresh vegetables.
  • Bon Appetit.

Note

Advice.

Minced meat with onions is best fried in a pan. If this is done in a bowl of CB, then the rice will fry during cooking and further frying. But, if the pan is new, then you can fry in it.

If you don't like tomato paste, exclude it from the recipe. But fry and simmer longer to avoid a pale color in the finished dish.
