Sauce a la Napoli (Tristar Soup Blender)

Ingredients

tomatoes 400-500g
tomato paste 6 tbsp. l.
olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
bulb 2 pcs.
garlic 3-4 cloves
dry white wine 30-40ml
basil, oregano 2 tbsp. l.
salt, sugar, ground pepper
starch 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This sauce goes well with pasta and pizza. I use it in soups, vegetables, fish, and meat. It must be cooked by slowly boiling it until thick. I tried to make it in a newly purchased Tristar blender-soup maker in 15 minutes and with starch. The result was very pleasing. First, dilute the starch in wine, chop the vegetables at random. Place all ingredients in a jug of a soup cooker and turn on the Soup Smooth program. After 15 minutes, we have a ready-made aromatic sauce.
