Stewed meat with chanterelles

Ingredients

Meat / poultry 0.5kg
Peeled chanterelles 1 glass
Soy sauce 2-3 st. spoons
Sour cream 2-3 st. spoons
Large onion 1 PC
vegetable oil
salt
sugar
ground pepper

Cooking method

  • Lightly fry the meat with onions, chopped finely enough
  • Stewed meat with chanterelles
  • Add peeled chanterelles, fry for five minutes.
  • Stewed meat with chanterelles
  • Drizzle with soy sauce, salt a little, add a pinch (or to taste) sugar. Dilute sour cream a little with cold water and add to the meat. Stir and simmer the meat until tender. Today I have pork, but in general you can have any meat or poultry. Serve with your favorite side dish.
